Level 7 Local Expert

The best bar in Gyumri! The owner is a great and helpful man, the staff is also really nice, they know how to make a proper drink. My top choice is the homemade tinctures. I also appreciate the "cultural atmosphere" there: the visitors are mostly intelligent and interesting people. I definitely recommend coming here.
