If the turbine is only a TURBO ramp!!! I washed the engine and the turbine stopped turning on, because I recently repaired it. I didn't want to remove it and take it for inspection, I suspected that the valve was flooded. After calling a large number of service stations, where I received only refusals or an appointment for a month in advance, I got to their announcement, telling them about the trouble, and within a few hours I was diagnosed.
