I stayed at this hotel and I want to warn everyone.: It's one of the most frustrating places I've ever had to live. For my money, I expected at least minimal comfort, but there is absolutely none here. There is no hair dryer, kettle, or even regular drinking water in the room. The walls are in terrible condition, everything creaks, makes noise, the lamps crackle when you turn on the light — it feels like something is going to short out. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the feeling that no one is watching the rooms here. But the most unpleasant thing is the service. Administrator Murot talks to clients as if he's doing them a favor. Instead of helping, he constantly repeats: "It's good that you pay such a sum, if it were more expensive, what would you do then?" Such an attitude is absolutely unacceptable. I'm paying for the accommodation, not asking for free. The client has the right to normal service, not rudeness and neglect. The hotel does not meet either the stated conditions or the basic standards. I have extremely unpleasant impressions, and I sincerely advise no one to stay here.

I booked a room for the day, arrived, but they say that the room was not available, and they offered a terrible room, in general, the service and rooms do not match their amount. At the request of the complaint book, the administrator Murod introduced himself as he was, submits his notebook, does not know how to communicate properly with visitors, and rudely exposes him to the street, which shows the level of this hotel, very bad associations remain. Terrible hotel and service.
