The goods are always piled up at the entrance, the tiles are broken, and the table is all disfigured. The table is in an inconvenient place, when you check the goods, all the people who are standing in line simply climb on your neck. The staff is so terrible, they never say hello, no good-bye, they go gray with dissatisfied faces. Compared to other pick-up points (which I visited), this is the worst.

A very nice and friendly employee! My product couldn't be accepted for a long time because of the workload, so the girl was looking for my order in the first place.

Feedback on the work of an employee at the Wildberries pick-up point I would like to express my deep disappointment in the service I encountered at the Wildberries pick-up point. The employee showed an extremely disrespectful attitude: she communicated rudely, snapped, did not try to resolve the situation, but on the contrary, demonstrated a clear unwillingness to meet the client halfway. The reason for the refusal to accept the refund was the hair on the jeans, which could have been easily removed manually. Despite our willingness to fix this, the employee immediately stated that she would not accept the product anyway. An unsubstantiated argument was also made that the jeans were wrinkled — which, as is well known, is not a defect and does not violate the return conditions. According to the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Consumer Rights Protection", the buyer has the right to return the product of proper quality within 14 days if it has not been used and its consumer properties have been preserved. Crumpled items, as well as stray hair, are not grounds for refusing a return, especially if the product has not been used and is stored in its original form. Moreover, the employee did not even inspect the goods properly, and her behavior resembled a demonstrative disregard for our rights as customers. One gets the impression that the refusal was principled and intentional, which is absolutely unacceptable. We have been ordering at this point for over 4 years and have always been satisfied with the quality of service. However, this attitude completely negates trust in the service. We ask Wildberries to pay attention to this incident and take appropriate measures. Such behavior of employees violates the standards of customer orientation and discourages further orders.
