The rooms are cozy and functional, although very compact. the area is quiet, there is not much noise on the street. no meals are provided, but the built-in kitchen (and the abundance of grocery stores in the area) solve the problem with a bang. the staff is friendly and courteous, trying to help in any situation. in short, for your money - top. p.s. of the ambiguous points, I will note the spiral staircase for ascending / descending through the floors. if you like to overdo it with alcohol, this can be a problem.
