I have been living in this building for 4 years. I had an issue with one of the products from this shop — Russian herring. When I opened it at home, I noticed a problem and returned it. The owner handled the situation very professionally, apologized, and fixed the issue quickly. He also treated me to some delicious desserts — Arabic or Turkish, I’m not sure, but they were very tasty. The customer service is very good. I really like this shop. I would love to see more Russian products and more fresh vegetables — then you would definitely be number one
