We rent an apartment here, the location is gorgeous, it's easy to get to any point from here. The house itself is new, apartments are being renovated somewhere, but they do it very correctly, no noise interferes.

Great apartment: cozy, clean, comfortable to live in! There is everything you need! Many thanks to the hosts! The only negative for me is the lack of curtains in the bedroom. Because of this, you wake up with the sunrise. Otherwise, everything is great! It is a 15-minute walk from the metro.

A gorgeous house. The view from the panoramic elevator is perfect. And imagine that you find yourself at the entrance to a real LIVING ROOM with entourage chandeliers, real ARMCHAIRS by the fireplace. Eh?!

The area is just dreary. The houses have been set up, sometimes the sky is not visible between them. Some houses look like they're made of cardboard, and you can hear every sneeze from your neighbor. I would not advise anyone to rent and even more so to buy apartments here

Everything is fine and the layout of the apartments and the entrance, but on the second floor the balcony of the loggia is partially blocked from the top and it's scary to get out suddenly from above that it's pouring, this is the first minus, and secondly, it seems the heating season is over, and the apartment is hot so you feel like in Turkey if not the condiment was cooked.
