There is a huge selection of cafes in this area of Istanbul, but we went here for dinner. The prices are average, the portions are large, everything is delicious. The staff is excellent with humor, there are Russian speakers. As always, there are a lot of cats in Istanbul, especially those who have fallen in love without needles. Minus the toilet in the basement, which you have to get to through the service rooms.

We arrived in the evening, checked into the hotel and went to dinner. There wasn't much time to choose a place, so we went to the nearest restaurant. I must say that this restaurant almost ruined the first evening in Istanbul! One of the advantages is an atmospheric place (only later we realized that there are many of them). The second plus is a compliment from the establishment in the form of three appetizers (adjika, hummus and some kind of creamy sauce) with several pieces of flatbread (cold). That's where the advantages end. A barker on the street (we have not encountered this yet) sooooo intrusive. The order was already accepted by another man, who was told 10 times that we did not want anything spicy (well, at least a minimum of sharpness). The tomato soup was super spicy, so it's impossible to appreciate its taste at all. Chicken breast with potato slices, rice, vegetables was more or less. But the flatbread it was served with was smeared with hot tomato sauce! I do not know why this was done. But we were "finished off" by the pasta with pesto sauce and cheese that we ordered for our daughter. It was just boiled pasta with seasoning that hadn't even softened!!! They probably don't even know about any pesto sauce in this place! Just boiled pasta with the seasoning crunching on it.... And this dish is for a child. And of course, she was sharp at the same time.🙈 I just don't have the words. There are no questions about homemade lemonade and Turkish tea. And for all of this, we paid about $60. To say that we were disappointed is an understatement.

It's a wonderful place. Of the 1.5 days we stayed in Istanbul, we visited there three times - for dinner, breakfast, and just drank wine. I think this could be the end of it - if you want to come back, then it's a decent place. But it cannot be hidden that: - the kebab is great - hummus is wonderful - the local wine is wonderful - the portions are large - vegetables are fresh and delicious The service is fast and attentive, the hosts and staff are friendly and humorous. Tableware and table textiles are clean and pleasant. There is a terrace, blankets are available. Thank you Ti Amo, we wish you prosperity and a full landing. Keep your brand - we will recommend you! And, hopefully, see you again! The Queen and company)

A cozy restaurant. The prices, of course, are too high for such average portion sizes, quality, and taste. That is, it's quite tasty, but I didn't get any gastronomic pleasure. We were in the middle of November and for some reason we were offered to sit outside. At the same time, they turned on a heat gun (like an air conditioner) above us and brought blankets. Strange, but okay) The staff is, of course, polite (even too polite). But there is such politeness in almost every restaurant in Turkey. The drinks are delicious (I'm talking about apple tea). The atmosphere is relatively pleasant, but a little uncomfortable due to the fact that the neighboring tables are located too close to each other.

We found this place by accident. The staff is not very smart, they didn't really invite you, as is done in most cases. We ordered pizza, grilled breast and kebab, and were very satisfied with the quality of all the dishes. They bring free snacks and tea with baklava. The price tag is standard. It's a great place.

Perhaps my expectations of Turkish cuisine are overstated, since in all 4 establishments where we had dinner it was expensive and tasteless... This place was average, relatively better than others. From the good/pros: very friendly staff and music, city center, pleasant veranda, offer a free drink (tea is diluted). Among the disadvantages: prices are like in top Moscow restaurants, and the quality of the student canteen: - dolma is practically one rice, meat is very very small - for the first time in my life I saw so little meat in dolma, dry. - pizza margarita - passable, five sausages, little cheese, the dough is normal.... - shawarma, which Turkey is so famous for - dry, veined meat!!, there are more vegetables in the picture both in quantity and by type, in general dry, bland, not tasty. - French fries - yes, the fries were great! They bring everything at different times, and the shawarma was made the longest. We visited various establishments in Turkey, maybe we were unlucky, but everywhere it was either average or completely tasteless.
