I stayed at this hotel more than 10 times,they often forget to put towels,a room for two people and one towel is put,the service takes a long time,this time we encountered a security boor,a security guard should not talk to a hotel visitor in an informal form of communication!!!

We are vacationing in this hotel, for the second time.
The location of the hotel is excellent, there are many restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, a chic park with playgrounds. There is also an artificial pond nearby, a promenade area with comfortable paths. On the ground floor, next to the parking lot, there is an alcohol store with an extensive selection of drinks. The rooms are tired, the flooring (palace) is battered, the mattresses on the beds are comfortable, the linen is clean, but also worn. The curtains are dirty (stains) somewhere, dusty somewhere. There is a kettle, a refrigerator in the room, two sockets suitable for standard plugs. I would like to point out that the hotel has a real problem with towels! When we checked into the room (3 people), it turned out that we were given only one towel (and this is a 4* hotel....
After several requests to bring us at least two more towels, they brought us another one)))
The next morning, after going down to the reception and asking the administrator to provide us with towels, a miracle happened and they brought us 3 towels, worn, torn somewhere, but clean)))
What was our surprise when we returned from the beach after lunch and found that after cleaning we had only one towel left....
Later they began to put them in the closet..

The breakfasts are normal, there are plenty to choose from, but not Turkey of course)))

The location is excellent, Jlt area, Marina nearby, metro nearby, Carefour store in the next building. There is a swimming pool, although the sun beds and towels are old. There is really a constant embarrassment with towels, as they wrote in the comments, then one will be left, then they forgot to leave it at all, and the used ones were taken away. By calling the reception, everything was solved, of course, but time was spent on it. In general, I was on a business trip, and I only came to the hotel to spend the night, so everything suited me. The area itself is clean and pleasant. The bed is clean and cozy, by the way. But if you are very pretentious, the hotel will not suit you, then pay more and choose a hotel with a higher status,

The hotel is not for very demanding tourists, the location is convenient, near the metro, probably this is one of the only advantages, oh yes, there are also a lot of inexpensive delicious cafes. Everything in the rooms is old, the carpet is burnt with gobies, the hair dryer did not work, the furniture is part without hinges, in general it is clearly not 4*, rather 3-. I do not recommend it.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was satisfied with my choice. The room was large and cozy, albeit a little worn out. But everything necessary for a comfortable stay was available. I would especially like to mention the excellent service - the staff was always ready to help and answer any questions. The views from the window are simply stunning on the skyscrapers.

If you want to settle here, you need to understand that this is a place with all the conditions for 4/5 stars, but very low level. The whole standard package is attached to the hotel, swimming pool, spa, gym, restaurant, bar, etc., etc.
But! The rooms are dirty, we found a large amount of hair of strangers. The condition of the furniture and linen can be seen in the photo, the towels are also torn and with traces of use. The food at the hotel is a separate story, I had only breakfast, everything related to meat at breakfast, it doesn't look like meat, only the shape, the assortment has hardly changed in 5 days

The rooms are old, something is battered and broken, the windows are dirty. We booked a room with a balcony and a double bed, but upon arrival we were told that there are only two separate beds in rooms with a balcony.

We checked into the room: there is no cup and glass in the room for the second guest. There is only 1 (one) towel in the room. And it was not possible to resolve the issue with the reception. The location of the hotel is quite good in terms of price and quality. The metro is 10 minutes on foot. There are several supermarkets right next to the hotel. Breakfasts were included in the tariff: generally tasty, but little meat, mostly I ate fried eggs and watermelons. There is no coffee machine. Only the coffee filter. What surprised me was the lack of towels when you go to the pool. Or you need to come straight early while there is still a pack. Then I didn't see any Towels during the day. The water in the pool is icy. Usually everything in the UAE is heated. But that's not the case in this hotel. The bed linen and pillow/mattress are gorgeous. Those who did not like the hotel obviously do not understand the realities of Dubai ...))) In terms of price/ quality ratio, this is the best hotel in the city! The chic JLT area, awesome views (just ask for a higher floor), near the metro and the Marina. There is also a Carrefour supermarket right below, and not expensive cafes, including a cafe with "homemade" food, which perfectly replaces expensive hotel food.
And the reality of Dubai is that it is cheaper than this hotel - only hotels in the garbage district of Deira with cockroaches and dead furniture, and there will be a lot of muddy people and crowds of prostitutes on the street...
So the Armada is a great hotel, I've been there 3 times. The only disadvantages are very dirty windows and stupid staff. Because of dirty windows, it is better to take rooms with a balcony, they are clean there, and you can enjoy the views on the balcony itself.
By the way, a few years ago the hotel was better - it was much cheaper, there was a transfer to the beach, there were Russian-speaking Kazakhs at the reception, and in general there were a lot of Kazakhs by the way. But apparently the hotel was outbid, it got a little worse, but overall it's also good.
