Visited Polyclinic.ae for consultation with a dermatologist. The doctor was very competent and gave many useful recommendations. The clinic is clean and well equipped. Overall, I am very satisfied.

I have not faced such indifference and unprofessionalism for a long time.
1. Let's start with the fact that the pediatric neurologist was late for an appointment, came running soapy into the office, without a medical uniform. Despite the fact that at the time of recording, she was allegedly scheduled all the time and had only 2 available "windows", in one of which I recorded the child. It turns out that until our time (at 11:00) there was no doctor's appointment at all (the clinic is open from 9:00).
2. During the appointment, the doctor did not examine the child, did not offer to perform any tasks, collected an anamnesis from my words, immediately began to offer to undergo additional examinations at the clinic, began to show and comment on the test results of another child who is being observed at the clinic to demonstrate how it looks (what is this all about?! Are you out of your mind?a medical secret?). She said that she would send all the recommendations / conclusions through WhatsApp, so as not to detain us with the child. By the way, we were at the reception on October 17th, and it was November 5th... We are still waiting for recommendations...
3. This clinic does not cooperate with our insurance company, a reimbursement was agreed that the clinic would fill out the form and send it to us along with the invoice within 24 hours. Actually, we are still waiting for these documents... They are endlessly fed breakfast, they do not send documents for insurance reimbursement.
The first impression of the clinic was pleasant, polite administrators, a small neat children's area with toys, fresh repairs. Unfortunately, the pleasant impressions ended there.

A wonderful clinic, with Russian-speaking staff. All the questions that arose were quickly resolved, I will definitely contact this clinic, there was no practical queue.
