It was a chest of drawers "Malm" with 6 drawers of horizontal orientation with one of the dimensions of 170 cm. The Malm was delivered in other dimensions (smaller) vertical orientation and 30,000 cheaper. I paid for the one that was more expensive and I needed it. Twice in correspondence she indicated the size of the furniture of interest. The answer to my claim was the following: the boxes in the warehouse are similar. Unacceptable negligence. Furniture delivery and assembly only on weekends before 18:00. People move, buy furniture, and arrange their homes not only on weekends. That is, the customer either has to wait for the weekend, or solve the issue of delivery and assembly on a weekday on their own. And this is a store that sells oversized furniture. It seems that you have "dead souls" working, but people are suffering. The treatment is polite, it really is. The goods were exchanged, which leaves hope for improved service and customer orientation.
