There is a children's 'water park', small, but the children are always happy. There is a shuttle to the sea and other buildings, a free shuttle runs three times a day to three shopping centers in the city. There is a feeling that there is not enough staff, but those who are polite always try to help. If something did not suit, then everything was quickly corrected at the first request. The beach is very large, there was enough space for everyone, everyone cleans the coastline. There are tennis courts, golf, horseback riding, volleyball on the beach, and water activities on the territory. There are restaurants on site, delicious. There are shops in the hotel, with beach accessories, hygiene products, some medicines on sale. I would like to have better WiFi on site. We checked into the room before the official check-in, at 9 a.m., but we could not arrange a late check-out, because there was a full check-in. One of the missed dinners (breakfast + dinner) was postponed to the day of departure and lunch was provided at the restaurant. It takes 30-50 minutes by taxi to the city center (depending on the trip). A good place to relax with children or just who wants to relax quietly and quietly, without the hustle and bustle of the city.

We have been staying at this hotel for the second year. I consider it one of the best hotels for a family holiday with a child in the UAE. The hotel is calm, quiet, the air is beautiful and Dubai is not far away. Large well-maintained area, good food, drinks. There is something for both adults and children to do.There are more (one) pools.The water park and slides are now for children of any age. Since last year, the staff has hardly changed, familiar faces, familiar smiles. There are new Russian speakers:pretty Camila at the reception is our lifesaver, always friendly and open. Jean is friendly and courteous in the restaurant.
The food has become more varied and tastier, although the chef is the same. Peacocks have understood life and come begging for food at tables on the street and by the pool. Roe deer (or who they are, I don't know for sure) are also active and are not afraid of people, but allow themselves to be considered-there are more of them.
There was no stand for the child to the washbasin.We had to turn the bucket over, well it's rectangular. There is no child seat for the toilet, they were taking it with them. These are such penny things....but for some reason they are not in the hotel.
But in general, as last year, we are very satisfied with both the hotel and the rest.
Minuses: textiles and furniture, furniture and dishes in the restaurant have aged, got dirty and are asking for a replacement.

The hotel is simply amazing!
The rooms are spacious, with all amenities, clean. Cleaning every day, water/tea/coffee and bathroom accessories are renewed.

The food is the best! Meat, fish!!!, poultry for every taste and color :) side dishes, vegetables, fruits, desserts - there is everything and it's all DELICIOUS! I will separately mention sashimi and oysters.

One of the best hotels I've been to. The hotel is located on the territory of a large complex. There is also a JA BEACH RESORT hotel on it. We initially vacationed at the BEACH RESORT, but we were allowed to change to a room in LAKE VIEW for the night without additional charges and problems. This is the freshest hotel, which has a cool golf club on its territory. The rooms are spacious, a great breakfast and a chic restaurant. There is a nightclub / bar on the roof, but it does not interfere with accommodation. The beach is 2 minutes away by buggy, served at the main entrance every 5 minutes. The staff is very hospitable, they meet and accompany you with coffee, dates and soft drinks. Navid and Dilshani, if you are suddenly reading this or your colleagues are reading it, thank you for everything you did during our stay, you are well done!

A new hotel in a modern style, with a beautiful view of the golf course and the sea (remotely).
The ja complex consists of 3 hotels. Ja Lake View is located behind the golf course, 10 minutes on foot to the sea, but there are buggies constantly running, which can take you to the beach.
Among the advantages: a new modern hotel, spacious rooms, restaurants of the entire Ja complex are available, access to a private beach for adults, a walking area, shady courts, a sports center, a stable.
Of the minuses: the opening hours of the children's club. It works until 17 (or 18 hours, I don't remember exactly) and there is a lunch break for 2 hours.

I am disappointed with the changes that have taken place in restaurants and bars. We have been staying at this hotel for 3 years, the sport bar was very pleased with its cuisine. This year we went 2 times and realized that everything had changed, it was not tasty. Ribs that melted last year- it is not possible to eat in this. The Italian plateau (of cured sausages) was excluded from the menu. Barbecue wings are dry and not tasty. That restaurant, which they always tried to get into, became the most unloved this year! I was only pleased with the presence of the former waiters, who are kind and polite.
The DiDi rooftop bar was happy to welcome us with a child last year. This year we came to, we were told that the opening was on November 1, we were served (in limited quantities) and offered to come on November 1. We came on the opening day, and while ordering the menu, the girl who had previously invited us asked us to leave because the child is not 12 years old. We were not warned about this when we were making improvements to our package. Be especially careful with this! All- does not mean everything is included in the usual way! For which we paid extra money! The girl's communication was not polite, and when asked why you had previously invited us if we were with a child, she said that I had to ask you to leave the institution ...
White Orchid - changed the menu, there is no sushi. For a change, you can visit, but the cuisine does not correspond to the traditional one.

We were offered to send a child to the kids club at 20.00, which works until 18!!!
This is very unpleasant and we were disappointed with the service this year!!!

The pools are divided: only milking adults, and with children.Some vacationers take the sun beds by the pool with towels before breakfast, and by 10 o'clock there are no free ones, this is a minus. Another minus is a very dirty sea, if that's what you're after, then not here, almost everything is done in algae and Mud, sea urchins are longer along the buoys. For some reason, the hotel does not clean the bottom at all. And it's really sad in the evening, there are no programs for children or adults. And there is no playground, just a kids' club. Milking children above 110 there is a water park.I advise you to take everything included

A great place for family holidays, for sports lovers: water sports, lawn tennis, golf. Good food, huge well-groomed territory of the hotel. The staff is friendly and customer oriented. In the pools and on the beaches, the processes are all set up. We are satisfied, we can recommend it. We rested in the building which is located further from the sea Lake view, it is newer. There are no difficulties getting to other buildings, you can walk, you can take an electric car, they run on demand. Or they pick it up while driving by, if there are places.

Everything is gorgeous. Take the all-inclusive system. Staff, rooms, territory, everything is fine. Plus or minus for anyone, the hotel is located far from Dubai and not to be confused, this is a completely different palm tree. For a family holiday, you can't think of a better one; a zoo, a water park, a golf course, everything is green, only 5 minutes to the sea by shuttle, but it didn't spoil the mood much, but the view of the gorgeous golf fields (for an additional fee).shuttles go constantly. Very nice hotel. The rooms are comfortable, clean. Good service. Everything is very well thought out, done and organized. Very cool territory, lots of activities. The hotel is extremely unusual for the Emirates. We rested with the baby, on request we brought a baby cot and baby hygiene products to the room. There is a swimming pool for very young children, it is under a canopy, which is very convenient, you know for sure that the sun will not bake, it is also fenced with bushes. We fed the child there and put him to bed, at the same time, you get a kick out of it, you sunbathe, plus the bar is right next door. Changing rooms are very comfortable everywhere. The food is quite decent at the hotel, especially great dinners on Fridays and Saturdays, once even oysters and sashimi from tuna and salmon were served, and of very decent quality. It's a long way to the sea, we walked with a stroller, about 17 minutes slowly. The beach is beautiful, wide, comfortable, good sun beds and towels, there are bars. There are pools of the neighboring hotel near the beach, they can also be used. But the sea itself was very disappointing. Firstly, it is very shallow, and secondly, there are a lot of algae on the bottom, and the bottom is very muddy, not pleasant. If you are going on vacation across the sea, then you are not going to this hotel. For 5 nights they asked for a deposit of 1000 dirhams or 200 dollars, we paid in dollars, and they returned it to us. In bars and at dinner on Friday and Saturday, they are asked to sign checks, they have such a system, but in fact we did not pay extra for anything, because we had an all-inclusive package. They also take a non-refundable tax of 20 dirhams per night. We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel, we will be happy to return again.
