So the question arises - is this the way it's done at Hammersmith - to solve seating problems at the expense of others? This is not the first time. A similar incident has already happened on the Ankhor embankment. After that incident, we stopped visiting the restaurant for a long time. After learning about the new location, we decided to go. And here it is again. So now we are at a loss to guess whether this is a special case, although it is already the second and this is a pattern, or whether it is a flaw on the part of the management, when a customer who comes to the restaurant should not know about any problems with seating newly arriving guests. This is either a lack of tact, or shortcomings in staff training..
