This is a great place to relax cozy rooms, helpful and friendly staff, even managed to return my iPhone forgotten in a taxi, looked through the cameras found the number of someone brought to that and within a day brought my device to the already desperate owner, the breakfasts are delicious and varied, the rooms are quiet and excellent air conditioning spacious closets and safes for storing valuables what is very important for a good rest I recommend to everyone, especially with children, there is a separate swimming pool for kids and a lot of things for adults including spas and saunas

In general, the hotel is not very bad, but it does not pull for 5 *. 1). The walls really want to be repaired. 2). In general, for 7 days the table was quite monotonous, at the end it got a little tired. We were in the middle of October, the fruits were: bananas, apples, tangerines/oranges, sometimes plums. There were also sliced pineapples, melon, watermelon. For lunch/ dinner, they always poured water themselves (waiters), sometimes they had to wait, there was nothing but water. 3). Booked a room for three, adults + 1 child 10 years old- booked a room with a large bed and with another bed, got a room with a large bed and a sofa. We went to the reception and asked to change the room, but they told us that they would put an extra bed, the bed is not bad, indeed, it got dark in the room, but we only came to sleep, so it's okay. There was always tea and coffee in the room, and shampoos in the bathroom. 4) we had an eternal problem with towels, always left two towels as they were replaced. It was only at the end of the vacation that they finally realized and began to change 3 to 3. 5) I really liked the pools, one for the lagoon, the second for the city (although for a construction site and a mosque). But again, a small minus - pigeons... The feathers didn't always swim in the pool, but a couple of times for sure, well... pigeon droppings on the floor. The guys who gave out towels are very polite. It was fashionable to take towels to the beach. There was even a Russian-speaking administrator at the reception, he always tried to make the rest better, but there was also a minus, before leaving they asked how many lunch boxes were needed for breakfast, because we left at 3 a.m. and of course, we didn't get to breakfast anymore, they said we needed 3 pcs, in the end they gave 2 (in which had 1 apple, banana, yogurt, a small croissant and a bottle of water) In general, the staff is quite polite. For a view of the lagoon, they ask you to pay extra. The hotel is far from the beach, 25-30 minutes on foot We often took the transfer (free) from 10-13 On the lagoon embankment, you can walk to the fountains in the evening. In general, I recommend staying at this hotel for a week. Dubai is 20 minutes away by car/bus, sometimes an hour due to traffic jams. We booked the tour ourselves and the excursions ourselves too

Pros: friendly staff, good room cleaning (and they don't take tips left))); towels are replaced daily, towels for the beach and for the pool are given out, the food is monotonous, but there is no chance to stay hungry (among other things: fish, beef, mutton, nuts, nutella, coffee from the coffee machine); slept on the bed just without legs... it is so soft and pleasant, shower accessories are replenished daily if they see that something is missing, there are shops, cafes, a promenade street, a fountain show nearby. Cons: they asked for a blanket for children the same as on a large bed - they said it wasn't supposed to be))) and they brought blankets, well, at least tucked into the duvet cover; the transfer to the beach was late and cramped (he goes there at 10, picks up back at 13), we left early in the morning by taxi at the end of the rest, then returned to the hotel at 10 o'clock. Check-in to the room also caused discontent...we arrived at 6 am and were told that they could not check in earlier, because all the rooms were sold out (in fact - full of empty ones), they were settled in the end only at 13 (at check-out time - 15:00). Bottom line: A little shabby 5ka, but in general, if you do not find fault, it is quite suitable for holidays with and without children)))

Beautiful view, near the embankment, many shops. Pleasant service staff, fulfilling all requests. There is a shuttle service that takes you to the beach in 5-7 minutes. Of the minuses, probably breakfast. There are not so many of them, there is little choice.

Everything seems to be fine! Yes, the hotel is a little tired, but overall clean and with excellent service! The reception is always ready to help and solve the issue! The food doesn't quite match the 5 stars! The only, straight fat minus in my opinion, is a small shuttle bus that takes you to the beach for free! He makes 2-3 trips, as people squeeze into him like into a minibus in suburban areas! And it doesn't matter children, pregnant women and so on! In general, it was a horror! Administration, hire a bigger bus, not for 10 people, to catch the number of vacationers that stop there! And in general, the location is good, you can walk to all the sights if you want! To the sea by car or shuttle 4 minutes, 30 minutes on foot! From the window there is a view of the lagoon and you can see the fountains

And if you have arrived with children, then pass by, it will be boring for children if you are not an animator. The hotel is cool, the staff is polite, the food is normal, the minus is that it is not possible to ventilate the room normally because you can't open the front windows. Swimming pools topchik, the view from the pools is super. Another minus is a transfer to the beach that goes once a day. And so everything is super.
