Good afternoon, I want to leave a review about the hotel. I rested from February 8 to February 14, 2024 and I honestly regretted that I was given a ticket to this hotel.The service is terrible, you need to go and write to the reception a hundred times to clean the room, change the towels and eventually bring toilet paper.
The food was for three , we only had breakfast , everything was very tasteless .
Boredom is mortal , there is one supermarket to which you need to walk for 20 minutes .
Yes , and you could close your eyes to that .They say in the Arab Emirates you can't take someone else's and honest staff in hotels, which I can't say about this hotel
Of course, it's her own fault that she left the ring, wrote to the hotel with no reply or greetings.Friends went to the reception, explained the situation, but they just threw up their hands.I will not recommend this hotel to anyone , my anniversary was ruined by coming this way.

Minuses:
1 Construction site is everywhere nearby. And near the hotel and near the beach and on the way to the beach (the hotel is on the second line).
2. The main disadvantage of the hotel is that only 3 beds were provided for 4 people. A double bed and a folding chair. By offering to sleep three with an 8-year-old child or pay $ 270 for 8 nights extra. The room is huge but there is nowhere to sleep... the villa is on the 1st floor.
3. You can go to the beach on a bug, but you can wait a long time, or you can not wait. Or on the road with a construction site.
4. There is no animation at all. It's boring in the evening. But maybe when it gets cooler, there will be volleyball (there is a net).
5. A mini club is just a room with toys and a babysitter. Once children watched a movie on the street.
6. All inclusive is essentially drinks. cola Fanta sprite and alcohol.
Positive
1. The beach is gorgeous, white sand, blue water. There are enough sun beds. At 19.00, they are driven out of the water after sunset. But this is safety first of all.
2. The pool is open, but finishes work at 19.00. the water is cool, which is a big plus.
3. The food is quite good. With drinks.
Of course, I will not recommend the hotel. For this money, you can find a better one.

Alcohol and drinks are included in unlimited quantities.

Wonderful beach and swimming pools
Beautiful territory
Of the minuses:
There is no animation (but we knew about it) it gets dark early and in the evenings we had fun ourselves (we walked a couple of times in the shopping center nearby)
The high temperature in summer is about 45 (again, they knew where they were going) and did not go out during the heat hours from 13-15
In general, we are happy with the rest!
We took two excursions, a sightseeing trip to Dubai and a sea trip to Oman. It was great ! Prices in Dubai are high, so get ready for big spending)

We are currently resting at the Al Hamra Residence Hotel. We have never regretted that we chose this hotel. Great friendly staff, they respond to all requests instantly. Kitchen 5 of 5. Fish, meat, side dishes, fruits, vegetables are always in large quantities. The alcohol is all there, the cocktails are cool. The beach is clean, with white sand, the entrance is gentle. There are several pools, clean. In general - NOTHING out of the minuses!

We rested here with family and friends during the New Year holidays. We were very disappointed with the festive service and the fact that the hotel, referring to its internal documentation, presented us with silver bracelets at the New Year's banquet, instead of gold (with alcohol), for which we paid at the time of booking and what was written in the voucher. It was useless to swear, neither the tour operator nor the hotel could help on New Year's Eve.
The food is poor, but in principle it is delicious.
The beach and the sea are great, we even swam a couple of times. The water is invigorating.
The pools are ordinary, without slides. The toilets in the hotel and on the territory are very poorly cleaned, there is always a stink and puddles.
The rooms are large, but there is dust everywhere outside the window, the windows are dirty both in the rooms and in the hotel in general.
Practically no one speaks Russian.

Excellent 4-star hotel. Large rooms, access to the beach, nice pool. Kitchen - the choice of food is meager. It will be enough for a maximum of 5-6 days, then hunting home. The cleanliness in the rooms is maintained well, the staff is polite. Nearby there is a large supermarket, taxi 8 dirhams in one direction.

2.The rooms are large, there is even a kitchen, but there are no dishes, not even glasses; the towels are washed;

The conclusion is this: the hotel is not worth the money at all, a ticket for 3 with 2 meals a day cost us 485 thousand rubles. For this price, you can go to the best hotel.

The hotel is great, but there is a construction site nearby, its price is justified,but on weekends locals come,screams and often pick up food and do not eat,there is mold in the main pool, I recommend swimming in the pool that is closer to the beach,there are usually no people there,the choice of food is excellent,there is a construction site everywhere,well, if you can pass it takes an hour to walk to the shopping center.

I put one star for the awesome sea and sand on the beach!
The highest part of the hotel is now the cap. They repair, respectively, everything from the upper floors is thrown down through plastic pipes. Dust in a column. On the other hand, 2-storey villas are being demolished, a road junction is being made at the back of the hotel, and an island is being poured into the sea and new hotels are being built. The noise of construction works is from 7 am to 22 pm.
They feed for 2+, there seems to be food, but everything is not delicious! Fruit pieces of watermelon and melon, sometimes pineapple! All. We didn't see any more fruits. There is one bar by the pool and one closer to the sea. By the pool, you can ask for free "even" Tea and coffee, but if you have all in, but beer if you want not from a jar or a plastic cup, it will cost 30 dirhams about 800rubles.
There are a lot of broken things in the rooms and the most interesting thing is that no one is going to repair it! A broken shower stall door, a torn towel, the light in the kitchen did not turn off, while water dripped from the ceiling, etc. Everyone does not care!
We arrived at 9 am and the first thing we were told: check-in at 15:00 until that time, you can do what you want, but you won't have breakfast now, and there won't be lunch on the day of departure!
Drinks before 15:00 for money!!! Even just water!
In general, I have not encountered such a service for a long time. There is only a restaurant in the hotel itself, there is no bar! Bar until 23 by the pool. Not recommended!

The price-quality ratio is 5. There were three times, we took one bedroom and deluxe rooms. The first one seemed very big for the two of us. Two rooms, two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Deluxe is more compact, but also with a separate kitchen.
It was important for us that the rooms had a full kitchen, they took only breakfast, cooked themselves. Within walking distance of a shopping center, you can buy everything and things and products. The client-oriented staff solved all issues quickly!

We are vacationing in the Arab Emirates for the first time. Our choice fell on the Al Hamra Residence 5* Hotel. This hotel pleased us with a wonderful sandy clean beach, a gorgeous sea and a swimming pool area (there are 2 of them here). The atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation reigns on the territory. I would especially like to note the friendly and sensitive attitude of the staff, they will always calmly answer your questions, help, very friendly and smiling. I would like to thank the wonderful waiter Joyal and chef Annesh for their professionalism and attention to us, for the positive emotions they gave us. Very tasty food, something new on the menu every day. I've been to a lot of places and, frankly, this is the first time I've come across such a wonderful attitude from the hotel staff. I am also very grateful to the administrator of Sheroz for his responsiveness and professionalism, he will always listen and concrete help comes from him.Thank you!
The hotel has its own sandy beach, the rooms have a hairdryer, some have ironing boards with an iron, they give several bottles of water every day (they can give more on request :)). The rooms are in principle very spacious, there are rooms with their own kitchen on the ground floor, they are apartments here.
I would like to say a couple more about the cleaning staff, especially about the cleaner Sadika. Cleaning is done every day, Sadika does her job very professionally, quickly and with a great mood, which is very valuable! Sadika is a very smiling and friendly person! I am very grateful to her!
P.S. birds of paradise are flying on the territory of the hotel, and cats and dogs have not been seen in the district at all, then great!

We arrived at the hotel at 9 am, by 10 o'clock we had already prepared a room + made an upgrade and provided a room with a balcony. The room is normal, the only thing in the dark there are few light sources in the main room - only 2 bedside lamps. There were also not enough European sockets (2 pieces per room), so take an adapter for American ones.
The territory of the hotel is clean, green, constantly cleaned and doing something. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, you can call the reception and a golf cart will arrive. At the reception, as in the whole hotel, the staff is polite and smiling, but they practically do not understand Russian.
The beach is sandy, there were enough sunbeds at any time of the day, most of the vacationers were located near the pools.
The cuisine is not as diverse as in Turkey, but everything is present in order to eat. There is always a choice between fish, chicken and beef (pork is missing for obvious reasons), several side dishes to choose from, desserts, fruits) very tasty pineapples). Alcohol is served at bars from 11 to 23, imported German beer, strong alcohol of unknown brands, but of good quality, in cocktails it comes with a bang.
I recommend buying excursions from the Egyptian Mustafa, he is located on the 1st floor of the Residence, he is cheaper than the guides by 10-15%. Also, through Mustafa, you can go shopping in a promotional fur and leather store, from there they take you for free to the Brands For Less chain store, I advise you to buy clothes, shoes and perfume there, the prices for original branded items are 2 times lower than in Russia.

The hotel is definitely not 5 or 4 stars.
Of the advantages:
- good service. Everyone is friendly, there are Russian-speaking employees
- large rooms
- there are few people in the hotel, the sun beds are free
- al hamra mall is located nearby (10 minutes walk)

Minuses:
- there is a construction site on the territory of the hotel (the road to the beach through the blocked construction site)
- there is a construction site on the neighboring territory, and you will hear all this from 8 am to 11 am (a couple of times finished earlier), the studio room windows overlook the neighboring construction site
- not a very diverse menu, you won't stay hungry, but don't expect variety here
- there is no entertainment in the hotel, in the evening there is music in the bar and it is empty. As the employees say, it's because of the repair
- the hotel is not very clean. Our lamp cord fell behind the bedside table, while they were getting it, they found a huge lump of dust between the bedside table and the bed (that is, they could breathe the whole vacation), all the windows are in the sand (a huge layer of sand)
- to put it mildly, the hotel is outdated and requires a complete renovation
For the cost of a tour to this hotel, you can choose another hotel and have a quiet rest on the territory without repairs, do not listen to it all

We lived in a Village, here on Yandex it is one hotel. We arrived for a week for 200 thousand breakfast and dinner. The hotel itself - the villas are cute, the rooms have a comfortable bed, a bunch of pillows, snow-white linen, a big TV with Russian channels. You can use the gym of the neighboring 5* hotel, and you will walk to the beach through its territory.
The pain of this hotel is food - it is simply not designed for such a number of people - a queue is formed before the opening of the dining room, after 15 minutes the food ends, free tables, plates, coffee mugs, appliances end. If you come later in an hour, there are untidy tables and there are no clean dishes. The food is monotonous, but this is nonsense - there is no such thing, you can ask for pasta 4-5 times, they nod and silence. The tables are not cleaned almost, some of the vacationers themselves push the dirty dishes away, someone asks the staff. Every meal is stressful. We have two "receptions" thank God, the third time we go to eat in a cafe, for example, two Caesar salads and 1 wine and 1 beer = 150 dirhams (about 3 thousand rubles).
We take sun loungers on the sea at 7 am, they are three times less than people!

Why are vacationing tourists who pay huge money for this hotel, like for 5k, and the food is weak and have to listen to this noise? Do these rich sheikhs really have no conscience at all?! Well, close this hotel for half a year and make repairs. Moreover, both children's pools were even closed, again due to repairs. I do not recommend this hotel yet, as it is noisy and very dusty there. The food is generally weak for 5 people. After the repair, of course, maybe it will get better there. Since October, there has been no entertainment and a children's club there. About the sea, very warm, clean and white sand. There were enough deck chairs for everyone. The hotel itself is very boring, definitely not for young people.
