I was in this restaurant and liked the gorgeous view of the singing fountains , well , the food is so -so like the cleanliness on the balcony , the sofas with pillows are dirty and greasy, birds are constantly flying over the table , and of course I did not like that the waiters leave themselves tips as much as they want . It is better to go to the nearby Summer institution.

We booked a table on the balcony in advance by emailing them. There is a beautiful view of the fountains from there. In terms of food, you can find better places with a price/quality ratio. The staff is very friendly This place is more for looking at fountains without crowds.
