Booked and paid online via Yandex Travel. Everything was successful, the host confirmed the reservation and payment by correspondence. We arrived later than we had agreed, but we were welcomed and settled. The hotel is small, cozy, and clean. The area is good, there are many cafes, restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. Close to public transport stops. The owners, father and son, replaced each other. They are very polite, smiling, and friendly. They helped with everything they handled. The whole family was very pleased with the choice of the hotel. The photos used to choose the hotel correspond to reality.

An amazing hotel, cozy,affordable, nice and colorful area,friendly and helpful staff. I liked everything, it was a little humid in the room, but it did not affect the impression of the hotel in any way. We lived on the second floor, the view overlooked the courtyards, but it also did not prevent us from enjoying Istanbul in all its glory. Plus + all the attractions are nearby within walking distance. We went with friends now, 3 girls, coped with everything perfectly. There is a shower, a refrigerator, a kettle,a wardrobe,a bed and a sofa, I slept comfortably and soundly, it's quiet at night, in principle the area is calm and quiet,the sofa and bed are not sagging.

Nice cozy hotel. We stayed here for a couple of days in the middle of December. The room is warm, due to the air conditioner, there is a refrigerator, TV, free Wi-Fi in the room. The bed is comfortable, not super soft, not super hard, just what you need. We took a room for three. Each has two towels (large and small), gel and shampoo. There is also a hairdryer, a kettle and glasses in the room. Clean, no dust was found, cleaning every day (you can opt out if you wish), the bed linen is clean, without stains, the linen conditioner smelled nice when you checked in). Of the minuses, probably only the tiled cold floor (but again, in summer this is only a plus) and the "favorite" Turkish construction standards. Cracks in the windows are normal, the audibility of the street from this is in the room, but not much. The area itself is calm, and considering that the hotel is almost by the sea, you will hear a maximum of seagulls (and then rarely) and cats on the street (we heard only in the evenings, everything is calm at night). There are also two shops nearby (kim and şok) and many cafes. In general, the hotel is wonderful, for your money, in winter, just perfect. If you want a calm, quiet place, without the hustle and crowds of tourists, then this hotel is for you🤗

I really liked the hotel, the incredibly kind hosts helped with everything, this is my first trip abroad and I am very glad that I chose this hotel, as I got to the Eid al-Adha holiday and they helped me with currency exchange! We bought breakfast at the nearby Kim store, There was a small cleaning every day, there is a kettle and a refrigerator, I booked through ozone, in general, I liked everything!! Thank you!

I recommend a good apartment hotel, only positive emotions. Clean, tidy, good sound insulation, 2 air conditioners, a washing machine, a stove, a full-size refrigerator, a safe at the reception, etc . 4 stars just because I was in 5-star apartment hotels. But pembe is very good!

BE CAREFUL! I strongly DO NOT recommend this hotel! Before you stay here, read my review, look at the photos so as not to spoil your vacation. There are a lot of minuses, and there are no pluses, I will describe everything in detail. The most important disadvantage is the attitude of the staff!! They only need you when everything is fine. If you have problems, also because of them, they begin to communicate rudely! Preface: We stayed for 7 days. It was the beginning of our long journey in this TERRIBLE HOTEL. My husband suffered a broken leg on a slippery staircase at the hotel, after which all our plans changed dramatically, we had to urgently return home for a SERIOUS operation, having left the hotel two days earlier. The owner didn't care, he stood, SMILED, and refused to make a refund for 2 days not lived. There are all dialogues with the hotel. I'm not talking about compensation at all. Such an attitude of the owner towards his guests does not fit into my head. I also have a hotel business, and I was shocked by this attitude. In addition to a BAD, just DISGUSTING attitude, here are the other cons: - the shower room is so small and so uncomfortable, it's impossible to turn around there. This is the first time I've seen this. -there is no shower head🤦🏻♀️ The owner is so greedy that he cannot buy this penny thing. - there is no hot water - the sink is tiny, it is extremely uncomfortable to wash. - the trash can in the toilet with a pedal, in fact, was without a pedal, did not work. -the water pressure is very weak, if you want to wash with warm water, you need to choose the time when the neighbors do not wash. - there are no lamps, only one lamp. - the ceiling is all peeling - there are no sockets by the bed - there is no heating - chewing gum under the carpet - It's damp - there were no slippers, as stated -they ask to cancel the booking at the booking office in order not to pay them a commission I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
