I did not like the employee's attitude to my situation regarding baggage transportation, the fact that the luggage did not fit the parameters of hand luggage, you can explain clearly and correctly what to do in such a situation, and your employee sat relaxed and explained unintelligibly. I paid extra for the luggage, and then it was taken as luggage, not in hand luggage. All this explanation of your employee, who incorrectly conveyed his thoughts, left an unpleasant aftertaste.

I can't express enough how great the United Arab Emirates and its people, great manners, amazing people and best airport staff, and the best Airport as well. It's not just a very beautiful building but the staff who are working there, compliment it with their smile, manner, personality and professionallity. That is the reason UAE is at the top of the world. May Allah bless this country and its people. Thank you Zayed International Airport. Thank you UAE.

the airport was great and very well renovated. I enjoyed staying there but I hated Pearl lounge. The smell of food was awfull you can hardly breathe, was very cold and the staff was very rude. Also the chairs weren't comfy enough to relax. I just left the lounge after ~20 min even when my flight was delayed. Staying in the airport was much more fun and comfortable.
