Great hotel and very high quality service. A lot of personnel also speaks Russian, which is cool if you’re Russian speaking family, especially with kids. I personally loved 🥰 the breakfast and the rooftop swimming pool. Definitely recommend this place and hopefully will be back here next year

A wonderful hotel! We have already vacationed in Dubai many times and this is the best hotel where we have been, in its average price category, I definitely recommend it! We only took breakfasts, the choice is large and for every taste.Dinners can be bought on the spot, international food is served every day, we haven't tried it, but there were a lot of people. Very friendly staff, there are Russian speakers at the reception. The room is huge, cleaned every day. And now about the features of this hotel: 1. The room has shampoo, balm, body cream, liquid shower soap, and all these are not disposable small bottles, but huge bottles that are refilled if necessary. 2. There are bathrobes and slippers. 3. Towels and a large umbrella are provided on the beach, it was very helpful during rush hour, we were on the beach all day. 4. Transfer to the beach and back, the bus takes you several times in the morning, at lunch and in the late afternoon. They take you to Jumeirah beach, near the Sail, a gorgeous beach! On the way to the beach, the same transfer takes you to the Emirates Mall. There are many people who want to, so it's better to make an appointment in advance for a transfer, then you will definitely leave at the desired time. 5.Walk to Emirates Mall 10-15 minutes,to metro station 5-7 minutes 6. There are many supermarkets nearby, an exchange office, a pharmacy around the corner. 7. Amazing hotel, ten out of ten! I liked absolutely everything: from the way we were greeted, driven, our suitcases were picked up at the entrance, we were accommodated much earlier than planned, we had an early check-in, but the room was ready within 25 minutes without any requests and surcharges! Of course, this is due to the reception staff: incredibly responsive, kind, charming. We were greeted by a very nice girl, unfortunately, I didn't remember her name, but she has fantastically beautiful long hair and looks like a Rapunzel princess. The reception staff was very kind and attentive to us and all the hotel guests in general. The hotel is very fond of children, so the little guests here receive special attention and a million smiles. We lived on the 5th floor in room 533. This is a wonderful spacious family room, which had huge beds and magnificent linens. Special thanks to the staff who cleaned the room, they did it very professionally. Our meals included breakfasts and dinners and it was very tasty. The menu was varied and themed - each dinner represented the national cuisine of a country. We tried many new dishes and combinations for ourselves. Special thanks to the waiters, especially Michael, who is a positive person: he always lifted the mood, was incredibly smiling and polite! Many thanks also to the employee who made pasta for dinner.: A modest, charming, sweet, responsive girl! It's amazing that the hotel has a swimming pool, including a shallow one for kids. The hotel has a very convenient location: you can take a taxi and metro to any attraction. There are many restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies near the hotel. Of course, this is not some kind of tourist area, rather, those who work in Dubai live here (many Pakistanis, Indians, Filipinos). But here you can see Dubai from the other side, no less interesting. Once again, I would like to thank all the hotel staff for their hospitality! I definitely recommend this hotel to visit!

The hotel is suitable for urban recreation and shopping. It's a long way to the sea, although a free bus to Dubai Marina stops at the hotel (you can check the exact information at the reception, there is a Russian-speaking staff).

Good afternoon! We spent a week at this hotel. My impressions are extremely positive. I was most impressed by the hotel staff, I have never seen such a service anywhere. They always try to smile and be extremely positive. They talk very politely. We are ready to solve the problem of the guests (in particular ours). A family lived above, where there was an inadequate noisy child, we were moved to another room at our request on the same day. The food is excellent and varied. At breakfast and dinner, the girl accompanies you to the table every time. Do not buy lunch at this hotel as the buffet is only for breakfast and dinner. At lunch and dinner, tea, coffee for an additional fee. Tea is 12 dirhams. The waiter will always come up at breakfast and ask you what kind of drink you would like. The standard room is quite large - 42 sq. m. They are cleaned daily, they always put water, tea, coffee, etc. The beds are extremely comfortable, you sleep well. Separate bathroom and shower. The renovation is good, as the hotel is brand new, and it was put into operation in 2020. The location is normal, near the metro station. The area is ordinary and unpretentious, it's not Dubai Marina, but cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, day to day, Starbucks are all nearby. Mall of the Emirates is 10-12 minutes walk away. Minuses: No transfer to Kite Beach. This is a big disadvantage. There are transfers to JBR and Dubai marina beaches, but they are significantly worse, less convenient, and the sea quality is worse. I had to take a taxi to kite beach every day - 40 dirhams (about 900 rubles) went out one way, and it took 20 minutes to drive. It's not very pleasant to pay an extra fee to get to the best beach. The most important thing is the transfer to kite beach was earlier!!! But it was canceled.... The second disadvantage is noise insulation. If you find a noisy child, then write it down. You can hear the sewage drain from the next room very clearly in the room. You can also add such a thing as the admission by the hotel staff of the irresponsible behavior of some children. We need to make some kind of memo for families with children on how children should behave in the dining room. They shout across the dining room to each other, bang on the table, and so on. First of all, this applies to children from the CIS countries. Russia, Kazakhstan. Children from Western European countries behave with dignity. I would also suggest not putting pipes on the tables on December 31 in the dining room. The kids started blowing into them like crazy every second. It was unbearable to be there. I was very stressed, and the dinner was ruined.

We really enjoyed it! The location is great: the metro is just around the corner, just 5 minutes at a leisurely pace. Breakfasts are a separate delight: not just delicious, but very rich, with a large selection of greens, fruits and cheeses. The room (we had on 70 m2) is spacious, very neat and thoughtful. We slept like a cloud thanks to the perfect bed and anatomical pillows. From the pleasant: mini-bar, safe, iron, hair dryer. The service is excellent: the girls at the reception speak Russian and are always ready to help. Items on request (dental kit, shower set) are delivered in just 5 minutes. Relaxing on the roof with a swimming pool and plenty of sun beds was a great bonus.

The hotel is just great. I highly recommend staying here. The location is excellent. There is a metro nearby in 5 minutes, it is very convenient to drive around the city from here. The only bad thing is that for dinner all drinks are paid, including tea and coffee. And there is something to eat from the pastry shop. There is no alcohol at all, as the hotel is completely alcohol-free. I forgot to say that there is a shopping center within walking distance, which is also very convenient.

We stayed at this hotel for 12 nights. It is convenient that the Russian-speaking staff works. The metro station is a 5-minute walk away. Every day, according to the schedule, there is a bus to the beach, 25 minutes on the way. You can also take this bus to the Mall of Emirates (a large department store). The hotel also offers scheduled transfers to Jumeirah Public Beach, JBR Beach, Mall of Emirates and one of the outlets. If you compare Jumeirah Beach and JBR, then who cares. Jumeirah Beach is a calm beach, super comfortable, quiet, without a lot of people. However, with few changing rooms and toilets and almost no entertainment. JBR Beach is a Dubai Marina with all the consequences. There is plenty of entertainment, restorables, views of nearby high-rise hotels and a Ferris wheel. Just keep in mind that there are a lot of people on JBR on weekdays, and a lot on weekends! The staff at the hotel is very friendly! There are many Russian-speaking girls who will always help and prompt you. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day. You should ask about toothbrushes, beach towels and umbrellas at the reception. Towels and an umbrella are definitely free, we had our own brushes. The food was taken by HB. The breakfasts were 70% repetitive, but it was always delicious and you could always find something to eat. You need to understand that this is not Egypt/Turkey, but there is still diversity. One of the obvious disadvantages of breakfast is that in April there were not always ripe watermelons, melons and pineapples. The dinners are different during the week. The Arabic dinner (personal taste, not everything was pleasant) and the Indian dinner (most of the dishes are spicy, sweets for an amateur) were peculiar. Russian, Italian and barbecue dinners are top! The rooftop pool is not big, but there weren't that many people there in April either. We were there 3 times and always found free sun beds without any problems. The playground is small, but it is generally monitored. There is a SPA, I can't say anything about it, we haven't reached it. There is a computer club, but they didn't get to it either. Both entertainment options are available for a fee. There is a free fitness room. There are many different shops nearby, including those with Filipino and Asian products. The room is really big. I recommend taking dinners in addition to breakfasts. Every evening dinner is held in a buffet format, but with different cuisines of the world: on Saturday international cuisine, Sunday Indian (to our taste, an island), Monday Russian, Tuesday Italian, Thursday I don't remember, Wednesday Arabic, Friday Asian. Desserts are delicious in the evening!!! You will definitely stay well-fed and satisfied, as our fastidious children also liked it very much. So, all the dishes of the dinners are author's divinely delicious both in serving and in taste. They serve it in expensive restaurants in Moscow.
