Wonderful vacation, thank you! I would like to share my impressions about the hotel. We were very satisfied with our stay! Before the trip, we were most worried that the rooms might be old, but our fears were not justified. We were accommodated in a large, very decent room, which was pleasant and comfortable to stay in. The staff is friendly and will solve any problem, they speak a little Russian, but they speak English very well. There are a lot of Poles and Germans in the hotel, the least of the CIS countries, but everyone is friendly. There are swimming pools throughout the hotel, there are cooling pools, which pleasantly surprised, as well as a large and new water park, which will appeal not only to children but also to adults, it is located in a separate building. I was pleasantly surprised by the food! It was delicious and varied, so you won't stay hungry for sure — snacks and main meals are almost always available. Of the cons, I would note the sea at the pier (due to low tide) and, unfortunately, the inanimate reef at the hotel, so there were few fish. But when the tide was out, you could see schools of fish swimming. Otherwise, everything is fine: the territory is well looked after, and the drinks (including alcoholic beverages) are good. Maybe not "wow", but we really liked it. Of course, there are minor nuances in the form of the fact that not everything is perfectly licked, but we did not focus on this and it did not interfere in any way. Special and huge thanks to our animation team — Lera, Vika, Budi and Dino! The guys are incredibly funny, charged with positivity, and it's never boring with them. They are very attentive and caring. The contests and animation programs were brilliantly thought out! We went to the club with them — initially we were worried, but in vain! The animators keep a very good eye on the guests, and any questions are resolved immediately. I think our vacation wouldn't be so bright and interesting without them. We definitely recommend this hotel for a vacation!

We stayed at this hotel with my husband, we really enjoyed everything! The territory of the hotel is well maintained, all the staff are very friendly, polite, there were no conflicts. The food is varied, everything is very tasty, meat, seafood, pastries, desserts, fruits, everything is in abundance! The cleaning is thorough and every day. After reading and watching the reviews and videos, we were pleasantly surprised. Yes, it was shallow, but there were no sharp ebbs at that time. Although the current had changed and it was impossible to enter the water for 1 day. I had to develop a swimming pool. The Novomoskovsk Beach travel agency recommended this hotel, I liked the breadth of the space, large pools. Upon arrival, I had a problem, I left a duty-free package on the plane, and I realized when everything was over. I turned to my tour operator's guide and found nothing on the plane, as I understand it, the girl sitting next to me took it with her, the perfume I bought probably brought her happiness and the alcohol she drank. Oh well. The first thing I saw on the way to the hotel was a construction site, apparently some kind of hotel with slides was being built. The hotel itself, the reception looks the same as in the photos and videos that I watched. My room was on the second floor, there is an elevator. The windows from the rooms all overlook the pool, which is what attracts. I flew alone, but my room was with two beds, spacious, there is a safe, Wi-Fi. The room was cleaned every day. The food in the restaurant was excellent, the chefs tried their best, everything was delicious meat, fish, vegetables, fruits (melon apples bananas strawberries), sweets, pastries. The whole turkey was baked. The waiters brought drinks if needed. Twice a week I had lunch at a restaurant on the beach. Where the reception is on the one hand there is a lobby bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks that is open until midnight and on the other a bar with hot coffee and tea that is open 24 hours. The animation is great in the evening and not intrusive in the afternoon. I spent two days on excursions, in Luxor and on safari. At least, as I understood it, people from Latvia, Poles, Germans, and English speakers lived in the hotel. The beach is clean, if you swim then only from pantone. In general, a great budget hotel. Those who love luxury pass by. If it still works out, I'll come to this hotel.

Our rooms had a sea view, but due to the fact that the room was closer to the reception, the sea was poorly visible there, but there was a plus: there was good wi-fi. In the reviews, some wrote that wi-fi catches in the room, others that it is only in the lobby. It turned out that the rooms closest to the reception are well connected to wi-fi, but there is none in the far ones. The food is good, the food is delicious, and there is variety. Chicken, fish, duck, side dishes, a variety of salads and soups (soups can be praised here, they are usually not tasty in Egypt). Fruits were always melon, orange, pomegranate, guava, grapefruit, sometimes dates and figs. Every dinner, meat dishes were grilled on coals on the terrace of the main restaurant. During our vacation, we were fed shrimp and strawberries once. A coffee machine is available for breakfast (not for lunch and dinner). But it can be noted that their coffee is very strong. What can we say about the sea, the approach is certainly not very good, to reach the depth you need to walk 300 meters with knee-deep water, but for this there is a pontoon, with which you can easily get to the fish. They said there were two turtles, but we didn't see one during the whole vacation. And we had a windy season, there was always a red flag, but the lifeguard did not forbid swimming, he just told us not to sail far. The staff is friendly, smiling and talking, although they know Russian with a stretch. The room is cleaned cleanly, they even made figures out of towels (photo attached). The animation is weak, of course, and in the early days we had no idea who the animators were. In the evenings, there were performances at the bar with hot drinks, which is open around the clock, but it is small and the seats were always occupied long before the performances began. There are no questions about children's animation, there was an aquagrimm, they walked around the hotel in cartoon character costumes, and every evening there was a mini disco for children. The bosses are good. We were invited to a cocktail party, where there was a large variety of cocktails (alcoholic, non-alcoholic). There was a CEO who was interested in what they liked and what they didn't like, and also said that in May they were expanding and would open a new family complex with an aquapark. Then almost every day we saw him at the hotel, checking the quality of service.

Since the hotel is not located in the city and there is nowhere to walk outside, all the amenities are on site. There is a private sandy beach 50 m from the buildings, several bars, several restaurants, shops and a pharmacy. The chefs just have a special respect, everything is very tasty, the selection is large, and although there are many guests, no one remains hungry. The main thing is that there is no such thing that someone lacks, because they constantly bring and report. I have never eaten such delicious croissants as here, not even in France. Now I understand that the birthplace of croissants is not France, but the Amwaj hotel. The audience at the hotel is international, but there are no conflicts on this ground. Everyone is polite to each other, and the staff performs their job with dignity, always with smiles on their faces. We were lucky with the weather in general, it was 23-25 degrees all the days, but the water in the sea is cold, 19-20 degrees. And strong winds. Therefore, we swam in the heated pool, and sunbathed either on the beach or next to the pools. There are plenty of sun beds for everyone. The transfer to the hotel takes about 1.5 – 2 hours, we were personally taken the very last, and they took us back in the first place, it is a little exhausting. Separately, I would like to note the security system at Hurghada airport – this is a whole quest of a dozen inspections, from the moment you get to the airport to the exit to the departure lounge, about 2 hours have passed from queues – be patient. If you see kilometer–long queues after entering the airport, use the Fast Track service provided by the airport staff, the cost is $ 30 per person, but this will greatly save time and nerves. Now about the hotel: Russian-speaking staff meet at the reception, we arrived at 13:00, check-in from 14:00, politely invited to lunch, but checked in exactly after 14:00 without delay. Food: quite tasty, but monotonous. You definitely won't be hungry, you always have everything. There are enough places in the restaurant, the main thing is to get to the moment. Breakfast at 10:10 is already starting to be cleaned, although they write that from 10 to 11 you can eat buns, but they are also cleaned. Seafood is scarce, there were shrimp once a week and only 4 pieces per plate. The sweets are delicious. Yes, in princeps, the food is delicious. There are queues, of course, when they are being handed out with fervor. Swimming pool: there are a lot of sun beds, you can always find a place. The beach: there are a lot of free sunbeds right here. The approach from the shore is very, very long)) but this is the red sea))) it is better not to go without special shoes. There is a pier that leads to the depths of the sea, quite long. I managed to burn a little on the first day walking along it (light skin))). I won't say about the aquatic world, but people are actively swimming with masks. There are evening events, but for an amateur. I haven't talked to the animators, but it seems like these guys are okay. The pool is also entertained in the evenings at the show. Alcohol: I don't drink much, but after drinking a couple of beers, my head hurt. The result: a quiet, peaceful hotel. Employees and those offering services for money are not intrusive. The territory is large, there is a place to walk. There is little greenery. There is a desert around and there are no hotels nearby. I will recommend the hotel specifically for a relaxing holiday. We stayed at this hotel from June 25, 2025 to July 04, 2025. A solid four-star hotel. It takes about an hour to drive from the airport to the hotel with stops at other hotels. The room is nice, there are 2 bunk beds and a sofa in the room for two adults and a child, when we realized that we were not satisfied with this, we brought another bed. All rooms overlook the pool and partially the sea. There is a bar on site by the pool , on the beach, and a restaurant on the beach where you can have a snack. There is delicious coffee in the reception bar. The bartenders are polite , smiling , and not greedy . A dining room clean enough food (beef, pasta , vegetables, salads , fish , hot dogs , fries , chicken , rice ) strained only long queue for the hot croissants , pasta and scrambled eggs, but can not stand and take something else , as we have not to waste precious holiday time 😎. We liked the water park the most , there are a lot of slides for very young children and for adults , we rode every day . The sea ebbs after 14 , you need to walk a little from the shore to watch the fish and dive, or go in from the pier. The evening animation is different every day (children's standard Aram zam zam type, magic tricks, fire show, live music on the beach, water show , guest dancers).
