4 years ago, I bought an iPhone, specially buying from an authorized dealer and overpaying for the fact that it was officially imported. I couldn't use my phone for a month now because it was blacklisted. What did I overpaid for!? I could have bought a phone at the bazaar, 2 times cheaper, and it would also have been on the gray list. I called the call center twice. The first time they said they had a weekend off and would respond on Monday, I waited. No one called on Monday, today I called them, they said they would call back (they didn't call back). They can't find my application on this issue, there are young, inexperienced specialists in the call center who ask the management about everything. If you buy phones here, ask how they brought them here, because they must have all the official documents and they pay the tax for transportation (unless of course they sell them officially). In practice, my iPhone gets into the gray list, the question is why the store itself does not give any answer to this!? considering that the call center told me that many people are now contacting them with this problem, then what kind of official dealer are you in this case!?
