Today we wanted to save time and make a take-out order by phone, so as not to wait for cooking, but just pick it up. They called from the opening of 11:00 to 11:10 approximately, no one answered. When we arrived to place an order on the spot, the chefs were already working, and there was only one girl in the hall who served the people at the table, she also came to accept the order and payment. A few minutes later, the second girl at the checkout came running and cursed at her lateness, being rude to her colleague, who came up with some question. The girl who took the order apologized to me for that. After 15 minutes, I picked up the finished order, which was not the same form of pasta that I ordered (I already saw this when I left).

The food is delicious, but the service leaves much to be desired. There were calls at the beginning, when we entered the hall and the receptionist greeted us very dryly, just said take any table.In the Italian tradition, the waiter girl was in no hurry to even take the order and stood at the checkout as if the room was empty until I came up and asked to take the order. The girl replied dryly: "I would have approached you myself." To my indignation, "We are in a hurry and want to have a quick meal," she replied, "Waiting from 45 minutes."
