The staff is very friendly and courteous.We are always ready to suggest and help. No problem) The food is delicious.There is a choice, but breakfast and lunch are almost identical every day. There is an open kitchen near the bar, there is a very tasty fish there) you will definitely not stay hungry. There is also a large selection of alcoholic beverages on the bar, including cocktails (delicious) and non-alcoholic too) The beach is across the street, you need to walk along a beautiful alley to your own beach. Sun beds, umbrellas, awnings, as well as a toilet, shower, beach bar-everything is there. There was no problem finding an empty sunbed. The rooms are great, clean, everything worked.There is a balcony. But if the windows face the street, it will be noisy at night. A gardener takes care of the territory every day, it is clear that he loves his work very much) There are different show programs every night, it's quite spectacular) Special thanks to Olga, who works at the hotel's SPA. We had a wonderful massage and the rest became even more relaxed and enjoyable) In general, the rest left only pleasant, warm memories, a tan and a desire to come back again!)

I felt endless care, they would clean up after you, smile, everyone was happy.🥰 About the room- they cleaned every day, 👍🏼Turkish women are smiling, friendly. The guys at the reception are friendly, patiently picked up the room for us, the one that completely did not suit us 👍🏼The room is great with a view of the mountains, and the most pleasant thing was when we entered the room we were waiting for a delicious compliment from the hotel. We didn't watch TV. We spent the whole day swimming and in the evenings we walked around the city, in the park, shopping. The food is varied, delicious, the bread is very tasty, there have always been fruits, seasonal ones ended quickly (this is because some took unlimited 😀) I did not drink alcohol, I can not say what quality, ice cream of 4 types. In the evening, dinner at the bar with music and dancing👌🏼There are no children in the hotels, the pool is constantly cleaned. The spa is magnificent, Olga is very pleasant at the reception, she will tell you everything and show you, you will definitely visit the massage. The beach is big, the bartender Musa was always friendly and always wanted to smile in response. Yes, Wi-Fi is paid, but if you don't want to buy, then you can connect to Kesha for free not far from the hotel. And my conclusions about the tour - if you take it from the hotel, it will probably be more comfortable and a bus with good air conditioning, and more beautiful yachts. From the negative, I would say so, and this is the fact that I brought 2 kg of excess weight, I did not see anything negative anymore. Go ahead and don't look for flaws! A bonus view of the mountains The hotel has a fairly free area with lots of greenery, flowers and trees. Large and clean swimming pool, soft sun beds 🍃 There are several dining areas: a spacious dining room, a pastry shop on the 2nd floor, a baking area, a barbecue and a bar. The food is delicious and varied - both familiar dishes and colorful ones. We almost always collected goodies for two "passes". The hotel has its own beach area, comfortable sun beds, and a bar. The sand is pleasant and clean, and small stones do not cause inconvenience. The water is clear and has a stunning azure hue. I would like to highlight the spa area separately: the hotel has its own sauna and hammam. Excellent massage and programs: the body is like new after 1.5 hours of relaxation. Thank you Olga for her responsiveness and understanding - a wonderful girl and an administrator, she will tell you everything, explain and help. If we visit Kemer again, we will definitely stop here.
