The only unpleasant moment was that the consultant found 1.5 steps away from me and just watched me walk and touch things. There are no questions about the service, except that they were not allowed to take a picture of the model number on the box, they say, so that they would not order from other stores. But there are questions about the quality - it is disgusting for unreasonable money. It would seem that outwardly high-quality materials, but why, if after 3 months the heel on the sole is worn off so much that it is already uncomfortable to walk in them, and this is a child of 30 kg. There is no guarantee for shoes. So these are disposable, expensive shoes, and the brand has lost my trust.
