I stayed at the Kazakhstan hotel, and of course I visited this wonderful, in every sense, restaurant! Starting from the entrance to the establishment, you are greeted with a smile) The attitude is unobtrusive, cultured and friendly. I visited it several times during the week. I'm happy with everything. The food is just great. A separate bonus is the gorgeous look. Barfly-my ❤love.

I really liked the place. Quiet, easy. Friendly staff, polite and pleasant. I liked that there are no children there. No shouting, screeching, or running around. Very beautiful views. The menu prices are above average, of course, but it's worth it. The cuisine is very tasty and the setting is beautiful.

Grilled vegetables were told that there would be mushrooms with vegetables - there were no mushrooms in principle. In terms of cocktails, Longyland was on the level. The hookah is deplorable. There is no choice of tobacco at all - mostly nicotine-free hand wool. With incredible difficulty, the hookah man found something tobacco, but this is a complete sham. If the hall is empty, you are asked to make a 20K deposit in advance. Probably so that you don't run away when they bring you hot food and a hookah) And there is no point in talking about the view - no view and location can compensate for the quality of the kitchen. We used to enjoy visiting this place because of the horse meat steak, and I really liked the service of one waitress - she was always polite and very nice. Maybe that's why we wanted to come back. We usually reserved a table, but there were always empty seats, so for the last time we decided to just stop by after the trip. They asked if there were places, answered yes, and then wrote that the reservation costs 10,000 tenge. I knew about it. We thought, why should we book if we're going right now anyway, because there are always places. At the entrance, we were met by a girl whom we had not seen before, and began to insist that we have a reservation, although the hall was almost empty. She sat us down in one place, saying that the other tables were supposedly occupied. We decided not to argue because we didn't care. But her gaze was dismissive from the beginning to the end. She demanded a deposit before she sat us down, which was extremely unpleasant. We agreed and made a deposit, but she stood by and didn't leave until we gave her the cash without even thanking us. This behavior shows that such employees consider themselves polite, but this is far from the case — their discourtesy can be seen from afar. The impression was spoiled immediately, even at the exit she watched us go. It is better to put sincerely working people at the reception who do not condemn with their eyes, do not focus on the language and do not evaluate who is dressed and whether they can pay the bill. It seemed ridiculous and unprofessional to us. We don't understand who the girl in white trousers thinks she is. My friend, who came as a tourist, immediately disliked her behavior and manner of communication. We used to bring friends here to show them the panoramic view, but the view is not worth putting up with the arrogant attitude of the staff. Food 1 ball We will also give the girl who served us 1 point and we will not put more and more

Unfortunately, we are disappointed with the visit. Fettuccine del mare dish (8,900 tenge or 1,800 rubles) turned out to be a highly overcooked pasta that cannot be wound on a fork. She was just tearing herself to pieces. Inside there are several shrimps, 1 mussel and salmon with clothes. The creamy sauce doesn't taste like anything. I left most of the portion, put the cutlery on top and set the plate on the edge of the table. The waitress ignored it at first, and then silently took it away. Not a single question, did you like the dish and what's wrong with it. The salad from the chef is normal, but nothing interesting. You could close your eyes to a spoiled dish and service flaws if it weren't for the symptoms of poisoning soon. We didn't eat anything else suspicious after and a few hours before. These are the impressions. Of course, we won't come again. And the view is beautiful.

I was thinking between a rating of 3 and 4. The bar is very pretentious, which is quite understandable by its location in a historic building in the city. The prices are appropriate. However, the service is very unhurried. What is stated in the menu is missing (pannacotta) or can be arbitrarily replaced (cheeses in a cheese plate). At our request to bring jam to the cheese plate instead of honey, we were offered raspberry, but black currants were brought. And although we were satisfied with this, it looks a little strange not knowing what can be offered in such a place. At the exit, we were treated to macaroons - it was nice, for this I add a star.

Apart from the panoramic view from the 26th floor, where the restaurant is located, there is nothing positive anymore. Of course, the place looks pretentious and even the serving is appropriate, but the service is not exactly at zero — it simply does not exist. At the entrance, you are greeted by a friendly hostess, he also escorts you to a table, then the waiter brings the menu, bar and wine lists and.... that's all. After sitting for 20 minutes without waiting for a single waiter (there were at least 5 people there and they were all chatting very nicely at the bar) we just got up and left, as there is no desire to run after them. By the way, there was another couple in the hall besides us (3 people), so there was no fuss and such service (in a place where prices are much higher than average) is simply unacceptable.
