One of the best hotels in the vicinity of Ankara with thermal springs. Five stars correspond to the level of services provided. Furnishings, food, room equipment, etc. Everything is at a good level.
Only the surroundings are a little empty, and its territory is well maintained up to palm trees. There are competitors nearby with more budget offers, but it's better here.

The hotel is 5 stars. It is located outside the city, it is easy to recognize. It takes about an hour by car from the center. You can purchase a subscription for the day without renting a room. The price includes a visit to the thermal springs (2 pools), a hammam (public, doors are constantly opening, it is not realistic to steam), a large indoor and outdoor swimming pool. All purchases in cafes, etc. are credited to a special card. Output calculation

The hotel is nice, but I can't say the same for the employees. we stayed at the hotel on a 3-night, 4-day schedule. elevators are not enough, our time was wasted. the dining hall chef definitely needs to change or he needs to get training from an expert. his attitude and approach to the guests were extremely low. for example, the soup was put in the soup as it was really uncooked, I said this, 'no, I ate it, it was cooked, and he left me right away,' and then he had different attitudes to someone else. the hotel, which claimed to be a 5-star hotel, was serving tea in a paper cup. i asked for a soda, they said directly, gentleman with money. it was as if the pool water had been heated or kept waiting. it wasn't like thermal water. the meals were almost the same in 3 days, the intermediate level was very good, only the master who took out bread ate hot hot pita, like Ramadan pita. I will not use the hotel again unless it is mandatory. and we bought swimwear, the VAT should have been 20%, while the basic food voucher, which had a VAT of 1%, was cut off for us. i paid 70 TL with an extra credit card, they gave me a card slip, but they didn't give me a receipt. the most friendly staff at the hotel were probably Kyrgyz busboys who worked part time. thank you very much to them.
i would say look somewhere else in haymanada for a thermal hotel.
