Buses run haphazardly, inside there are only non-commissioned officers, black workers, we, as white gentlemen, stayed there in the middle of the last century. So in general, the area is scary, clothes are hanging on the balconies like in Bangladesh, and is this the city of the future? What are you getting into?

Great hotel. Good location. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. There are shops and cafes nearby. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. The center is 40 minutes by bus and metro or 50 minutes by taxi.
