Of course, the location of the hotel is one of the most advantageous compared to other hotels, from the hotel you immediately go to the Caspian Sea and the rocky trail, everything else (what kind of breakfasts, what towels, etc.) for a person who traveled from Uralsk to Atyrau and from Atyrau to Aktau across the Kazakh steppe in 2 days (especially the segment from Uralsk to Atyrau) by car and almost literally with a "crumbled spine in my underpants" from such a "beautiful road" does not really matter. 🤣

One thing is missing from this hotel: a gorgeous beach. Convenient location, service, everything you need in the room, luxury double rooms. The view of the city and the sea is equally beautiful from both sides. The buffet breakfasts, desserts, everything was delicious. The only huge disadvantage was that the coffee machine wasn't working, and in a week no one even tried to fix it or install another one. We struggled for 3 days with the inability to make cappuccino, and then we decided that we didn't need coffee for breakfast. (( The prices for restaurants are too high, they charge for the view, but if you live in the department, there is no need to overpay for the view. We visited the pool - the changing rooms are extremely small and dirty in them, as the pool is open to all visitors. A small sauna and a small pool for more than 10 people are already uncomfortable, the hydro massage does not work. We went to the aquarium, saw the sturgeons, a fascinating sight. The kids are definitely thrilled! Everything else is at 5. Everything is within walking distance. The main convenience is 2 elevator buttons and you are in the very center of the rocky trail. And what gorgeous sunsets there are, all right on the hotel grounds. It's a great place.

Location is the best bonus for hotel visitors. The view of the sea is fascinating from the very 1st floor, since the building itself is built on a cliff, about 50 meters high, the restaurant had an interior in the best traditions, panoramic windows, about 4 meters high, dark pink curtains of the same length, comfortable armchairs of the same color throughout the lobby, where you can visit fashionable boutiques, light loft-style music, huge plants in large pots, a kitchen on the level, and the restaurant has the same beautiful view of the sea. There are sea terraces on each floor, a small swimming pool, but I don't know if it's working or not, since it was winter time. There are several restaurants, I can't say for sure, there is a convenient descent to the sea. That's it, in short.

A wonderful restaurant in Aktau with a very diverse menu. We ate mostly fish dishes (of course, sturgeon). fishbarmak (fish version of beshbarmak) was the most impressive. It was very exotic and delicious. Beautiful viewing platform. There is an aquarium with sturgeons downstairs, which can be visited separately.

Breakfasts are normal, but vegetarians have practically nothing to eat. The location is good, I would say the best in Aktau (Near the rock path and the embankment) Good view. They are poorly cleaned . The room keys are constantly demagnetized, so you have to run to the reception. There are different shifts of employees at the counter, they forget what they agreed on. We stopped by at 12 a.m. , promised to make a late check-out . They didn't do it. The watering can at the shower in the room is not working, they asked to fix it. They promised they wouldn 't fix it . Overall, I didn't like the service. Therefore, 4 stars.

The rooms are spacious, clean, cozy, the staff is friendly, there are guided tours. We need more advertising, it's worth coming here, I can imagine how good it is here in the summer. The rooms were tired, the smell of old furniture and sometimes sewage (it didn't always smell like sewage, but it did happen), we also took a junior suite. The breakfasts are poor and monotonous. My husband couldn't eat because he has dietary restrictions. He usually finds something to have breakfast in even 4* hotels, but unfortunately he couldn't here. It's a pity, there were high hopes for this hotel.

The location of the hotel is amazing! Sea view, near a rock path where you can walk, not far from the city center. Minuses: 1. The hotel does not have its own beach, and the pool leaves much to be desired both in size and interior. 2. A lot of money was invested in the hotel, but about 20 years ago. Luxury for the year 2000-2005. It would be nice to make repairs. 3. The breakfasts are so-so, the coffee machine is broken, there are no high chairs, wait 15 minutes for the glaze. Watermelon three small slices in a small saucer. 4. Starting at 9 a.m., the hotel is undergoing renovation work. Why the hotel could not be prepared for August, not in the summer-the question is! 5. We took a suite and there are no questions about cleaning the room. But the balcony could also be removed! It's all in the sand, in the dust. 6. The aquarium with sturgeons is amazing, but oooh, just like the whole hotel, it's a luxury from the 2000s.

Cleaning was carried out daily, thanks to the maid girls. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna. The staff is very polite and attentive. As for breakfast, in my opinion, there is not a very large assortment. You can eat at the restaurant, but this is already paid separately. By the way, the waiters are also all very caring and attentive. In general, this hotel was my home for 10 days and overall I am happy, thank you, my native Kazakhstan.
