It is possible and necessary to bargain. A guy from Jordan dropped my chess price from 400 dirhams to 150 dirhams. It's also very cool outside, there are places to walk and take beautiful pictures - the amphitheater and the so-called Dubai Venice, where the views are very pleasing to the eye, especially if you take a boat ride. But no more, because this is a "tourist conveyor" - the crowd is terrible, the most beautiful photos are those who are taller or have longer arms.
