I really like this place. The hotel has many different rooms, a wonderful spa: massages from different countries, sauna, swimming pools. Good cafes and restaurants. A wonderful Chinese restaurant with a variety of Oriental dishes . Good service. There are excursions to all Emirates, free buses will take you to various city centers, you can go to the World of Fur store in Dubai.

I really liked the hotel. Of course, as always, there is excellent food in the Emirates. The hotel is active - a volleyball court was played even by three teams ... a tennis court, a tennis table, a billiard table, a sauna. Well, what else is needed for a better holiday. Very friendly Russian-speaking managers of our reception especially really want to highlight abarai Irina could always solve any problem, they bought vouchers from Nargiz, her local travel agency is in the lobby, when there was a question of canceling the trip, they returned the money without question. And even the nearby port, in general, does not spoil the impression of such a wonderful hotel. Everything corresponds to the amount of money spent on vacation.,!

Nice family hotel! The food is also good, we took breakfast and dinner, there are plenty to choose from, although with young children we have to adapt. Dinner can be changed to lunch if you are interested or there is a need for it. Everywhere there are signs prohibiting the removal of food, but as without it with children, none of the staff catches by the hand. By the way, the staff is excellent, responsive and friendly! Unlike the room fund and entertainment, which need renovation! It is better to take rooms with a view of the bay and Ajman, on the other hand, the view of the port is not inspiring! The rooms are different in style, if someone is not satisfied with something, it is better to immediately voice it in the lobby and solve your question. There are no balconies-this is a minus, and the windows do not open, the laundry dries for a long time after washing and water procedures. The 5-star hotel does not pull in the current situation in some aspects, but it's still nice to relax in it. Currency can be changed here, excursions can be ordered too! You can have a snack nearby, there are a lot of snack bars and grocery stores, the manager from the lobby himself suggested removing everything from the minibar so that the children would not empty and fill it from the store! Upon check-in, they take a deposit of 300 dirhams! In the rooms, scales, an ironing board with an iron, a safe, shampoos and gels are put on daily and cleaned too, if you did not come with cleaning, you can not be afraid to say at the reception, clean up at any time, they will not refuse. Its own beach and four pools (two for crumbs). Buses to shopping malls are free on schedule to Sharjah and Dubai. In general, the hotel is for four (plus or minus), for our part we recommend!

We had a rest from December 17 to 23, 2019 with my wife and child of 3 years, I liked everything the sea was 24 degrees in the pools in general hot, the child did not climb out of the pool, the rooms were clean, the hotel was cool, the breakfasts were a little monotonous, we ate buying groceries in the pupu hypermarket plus cafes went to eat at the Kazan restaurant, very tasty but expensive together with a taxi lunch for three 4800 rubles, a good sightseeing tour from the globe guide Sergey he has a separate respect and respect :) very fun and interesting!

Walking along the pier, you can watch stingrays, huge colored jellyfish and hedgehogs, there are two heated pools. The food is very good, the furniture in the rooms is old, but clean.

I really liked the hotel. Rested from April 13 to 21. All of the above is true. The cleaning of the rooms was timely. There was always someone from Russian speakers at the reception. It was convenient to explain. For all questions that arise, you can easily explain by phone (we have a broken adapter for charging the phone), the service staff immediately replaced it.The beach is sandy , the sea on arrival was very clean, blue, excellent photos turned out, later it deteriorated a little, it became cloudy, but this is possible temporarily. We had two meals a day, but the child was 10 years old, could go to eat without restriction. In general, I liked everything. I recommend it.

The water is not particularly clean (transparent), the presence of a port may affect, on the other side of the bay, from which, in addition to noise, there is also a lot of garbage floating in the water, it is good that it does not get into the bay itself and the beach. Well, the cherry is the lack of balconies, there is nowhere to dry things, nothing dries in the bath, I had to sit right in the room, on chairs, while turning on the air conditioner. Otherwise not bad, service, food, etc.

I want to note right away that this review is based solely on personal feelings and impressions. It's not the first time abroad and there is something to compare it with.
I will not describe the flight and transfer. We arrived at the hotel on January 02 at about 12 am. We were greeted politely and affably at the reception. There was no Russian-speaking staff. The Botanical Garden in the lobby looks very impressive and beautiful. I asked for a king size bed.they said OK and gave out the keys to room 1204 on the 12th floor. When asked if there is anything to eat for tourists with a child from the road, I received the answer - "it is not provided. The restaurant is open until 23:00" (We had breakfast and dinner).We went up to the room and just sat down. Everything is so dirty and well-groomed.... the carpet is dirty, the furniture is stripped, the ceilings are terrible, the sink is cracked, the lamp does not work, the safe does not work. I didn't have the strength to fight anymore.in the morning I went to the reception, asked to change it - they replaced it without any problems, but after 12:00. We moved to the 3rd floor in room 304, by the way, quite decent.
I will note a huge minus for myself - the windows in the rooms do not open. Ventilation is carried out through a ventilation and air conditioning system. There may be unpleasant odors in the room. As it turned out later, the higher the floor, the stronger the smell.
There are no complaints about cleaning. They cleaned well and every day, and in general, in general, the staff is friendly and friendly.
Now on nutrition. The restaurant is on the 1st floor. Small, but cozy. There is a waterfall with fish and turtles. If you want a variety of food - you are not here. There was really no fruit. Limp watermelons and green melons. Or a fruit salad with pineapples, also green. Cheese is one kind. Two types of inedible sausage. Sausages.Vegetables are a small assortment. Hummus, cereal, eggs. Fresh orange juice for breakfast, juices, tea, coffee, pastries. Lunch and dinner were absolutely identical. Rice, beans, pasta, a couple of types of meat. Once there was mutton and once turkey. . Some kind of boiled fish. I didn't even try. Soups are also very weak. Then from broccoli, then from beans. There was once chicken with noodles, once with shrimp. Drinks at lunch and dinner back up.payment. In my opinion, it is meager and not very tasty.
The territory- it does not exist as such.
Beach. It was the only thing that lifted the mood. The sand is clean, there were always enough sunbeds. The water is clear, clean. There are no waves. The entrance to the water is flat, which is good for vacationers with children.
The pools are large and comfortable. Heated. There are for kids. There are for adults with sea water. But very tired. In some places the mosaic fell off, in some places the tiles on the sides burst. But clean and warm.
There is no animation and entertainment program at all.
We left early, at 4 in the morning. The day before, I applied to the reception at the expense of the lunch box. They said that there is no such service. But from 3 am a table will be organized in the lobby so that those leaving can have a snack. As it turned out in practice - the snack consisted of tea and cookies.
It seemed to me that they were just squeezing the last out of the hotel. Passing by the reception, you could constantly hear that someone was dissatisfied with something. Very sorry for the money spent for the hotel. Otherwise, I liked everything very much. And the sea, and the beach, and excursions.

Private beach, warm pools with different depths, varied food, good rooms, excellent weather in November - air temperature 30 gr., water temperature 29 both in the sea and in the pool, the sun does not burn. A small minus is excursions, most of them are a waste of time, nerves and money. One sightseeing tour is enough without visiting the Khalifa Tower.

There is a port nearby, a big real port!
The hotel itself is in a working area, a smoker was placed in the next room for 13 days! Complained, corrected. inter_devochka came for three nights! Considering the fact that we were with the children, and a family with children through the room, it turns out they settled an obvious marginal in the room between the rooms with children. It's not five stars! Several times they asked for high chairs, sometimes a specific ignore.
There are many disadvantages.
Bottom line: if you snatch a cheap ticket, then count on a strong three.
It's not worth paying for 5 stars, you won't get them! The old team works perfectly, those who are younger should not work in the service sector!

The price/quality combination is quite decent, spacious rooms that are well cleaned even if you don't always leave a tip, the rooms are not stuffy and not hot, the air conditioning wasn't even turned on, the food may not be very diverse, but there is always a choice, everything is fresh and high-quality, can only confuse the abundance of spices, but there are neutral dishes, without sauces and spicy seasonings, there were such at lunch and at dinner, breakfast is also varied. there were always free places by the sea and the pool, even if you didn't come at 8 in the morning. In the evening we took a taxi to walk with children (10-11 years old) to the parks in Sharjah and Dubai. We were satisfied with the service and work of the reception, many thanks to the staff!

I really wanted to share my impressions of a family trip to the Radisson blu "5*" hotel in April 2019.
It is not possible to adjust the water in the shower of the room, it is either boiling water or cold
There are not enough towels at the pools and we had to wait for 20-30 minutes
The food is at a very low level, we hoped to have a good meal, but it was not there. Everything is very monotonous and not tasty. There is almost no children's menu, most of the dishes are spicy. Who has been to the natural resort "Yakhonty" in Noginsk?, So at least the food there justifies the means and expectations, and no one pretends to 5 *.
The hotel was built as a 5*, now it has aged a little, but it doesn't matter for $ 20 at the reception we were given a room with a more recent renovation, although two days before departure we met a cockroach (
The room has a very strong air conditioner, it's cold even at the very minimum, I had to turn it off and sleep with the window open (we rested in April), everything would be fine, but there are 3 or 4 mosques in sight around the hotel, and at 4.30 in the morning prayers begin through loudspeakers, next to the hotel there is an industrial zone from where the smells of chemical of origin, from this or not, sometimes my head hurt (very unpleasant).
In my subjective opinion, a hotel with a stretch can be 3 *, and if we talk about nutrition, then no more than 2*
There is nowhere to go out of the hotel, only the embankment with boats, there is a lot of garbage and an unpleasant smell in the water, in the evening all the local working people go for a walk there, mostly men from South Asia, Pakistanis, Idus, etc. and so on (somehow a little uncomfortable), Europeans are extremely rare.
The store is across the street from the hotel, but I had to look for a pharmacy, if I know where to go, then 15 minutes
It is very easy to get to the alko market in the neighboring emirate of Ajman by taxi for 20 minutes and 25-30 dirhams one way, the shop is called UNISAT a huge selection of alcoholic beverages (we have not met so many in Russia) prices like at home, but we recommend telling the taxi driver the neighboring address so that he does not hand you over to the police!
And in the end I want to say, if you have the means, then it's better to go to Dubai! Sharjah is too provincial an emirate.

Radison has dark blue towels, and the newcomers... then light blue, then blue, even orange came across... palm trees in the shade yes, great... but the crows are wild there... they fly around the surrounding area and dive on small children. So you need to keep an eye on, and in any case, look... the sea is the sea. There are 3 pools, from 0.5m to 1.8m, clearly warmer than in the sea ))) there are definitely no declared 25 degrees in the sea, as well as in the pool 28 (according to the information on the stand, which is "updated")))))))) there is billiards, tennis, football (slot machine with handles). Prices, well... of course they bite, above average... but, as it turned out, in the Emirates... in decent places, not at all lower... in eateries, yes, it's cheaper, but you also need to understand them, know the places. If you choose a hotel, then only with at least 2 meals a day, then lunch and dinner can be swapped, i.e. either there or there.

The first time I came across such an attitude to visitors and then the world grid, the rooms are dirty, the windows do not open, the carpet is all stained. The room is cleaned in 5 minutes, everything is very superficial. In the morning at breakfast, if you didn't come early, then you need to run after the table cleaner so that at least they wiped it and smeared the crumbs. Honestly, for 5 stars it's just tin. Today we came to the bathroom after cleaning, saw only a frozen bed, everything else was just superficially tidied up, toilet paper ran out, so they didn't even clean it, and didn't think about a new roll. These are interesting things. They tried to change the room to a bungalow, where at least the windows open, so they just dynamited for two days, although the booking showed free rooms, on the third day the receptionist said that there were no rooms at all, the booking shows that there are. Only when I turned to the head, a miracle happened, a number appeared immediately. And if you make a scandal, they can relocate you for free. It's a pity that you can't attach videos and photos to reviews.

Very slippery steps at the entrance to the hotel. The restaurant has bent appliances. Lunch and dinner wishes to be better. And the worst thing is the standard rooms. Terrible old carpets!!!
