Hello. It's not often, but it happens that I use the services of the company Avia Logistics to send parcels to children in Astana. So the last few visits to the warehouse of this company in Aktobe are, to put it mildly, shocking. Standing in line for about 15 minutes and knowing Kazakh perfectly, I heard so many obscene and vulgar words in both languages from the employees in each other's addresses. Moreover, this is not even swearing, but as if their daily working communication. Incredible horror and chaos of bouquets of obscenities in the official language reigns in the warehouse. At the same time, there is no respect for worthwhile customers, whether they are women or children. I am currently thinking about involving competent organizations in this situation. It's a pity that I didn't record this horror on video...
