Friendly staff, efficient, but not always competent (however, they do not hide this - they just call somewhere and ask). Almost all financial services are available from them + they give the right recommendations (I used them at least twice and I do not regret it).

A constant queue. Even if two people are sitting, then at least an hour and a half. Awful. They do not close for lunch, only one cashier works during lunch, because of which people have to sit for 2-2.5 hours
