Good afternoon! I really want to share my review, especially since there is something to compare it with. We rested several times at the Rove Marina Hotel and decided to change the location this time. Positive: - it's a bigger hotel than the Marina. Very clean, modern! - the staff is very polite and smiling. We are always ready to help! Thanks to the girls at the reception, they spoke Russian and helped us in every possible way - unlike Marina, there are quizzes and DJ sets. Wow! Near you: - the largest mall in Dubai, walking along the crossings takes 20-25 minutes (this is Dubai, the distances are normal). - you have a Coca-Cola arena right across the street if you're going to a concert. - a 5-minute walk from the City walk area - cafes, shops (hiding from the sun during the day is the best thing). - and The green planet is also nearby - Google it, it's more interesting for kids! It's a jungle with birds of paradise and animals. Let's talk about the CONS - we were placed in a room, although high, but without a view, or rather a view of the construction site and the excavation. They didn't argue, as they were just spending the night. - the biggest DISADVANTAGE (for us) is the distance of the beach! If we could even walk to the Marina, that's not an option. It takes about 20 minutes by bus without traffic jams. There is a shuttle, but the time, I'm sorry - 8:30 and 9:30 leaves the hotel and only picks up at 14:00 and 19. On the beach, the heat starts around 11 o'clock. Hiding on Kite beach is only in cafes, and there are a couple of benches in the shade! Keep this in mind, especially if with children. - we continue the topic about the shuttle. In general, the schedule needs to be changed somehow. They take you to Malls, but it's not a good time at all, we didn't go. - the food is excellent, but it was like more at the Marina))) and we had HB (breakfast+dinner). There was no problem at the Marina to take the second big dish with you - we were here. And they didn't understand with drinks, sometimes it's possible, sometimes it's not included. By the way, you can swap dinner for lunch and you have 2 huge dishes and a drink to choose from. You have pastries and lots of greens for breakfast. Bitter food is not enough. I loved the smoked fish bowl so much! And I still give you a 5-star rating! You are a wonderful network, but there are always nuances.

The hotel is super. The breakfast is delicious, the staff is excellent, the cleaning is daily, the water in the room is also free every day (last year in another hotel the water was not changed every day). There is a laundry room and a dryer, for 50 dirhams you can put things in order. The interior is very inspiring, it's comfortable to be here, it's sad to leave))) The location is also great, 10 minutes to the Burj Khalifa metro station, but at the moment there is a construction site around in October 2025, but this did not prevent a wonderful rest at all. Good afternoon! I want to leave a positive review about the hotel. Good location, in the heart of Dubai, Downtown area. A new, clean hotel, creative new furniture, clean bathrooms, top-level cleaning, glass, mirrors shine every day as if you had just arrived. Top-level service, a mini story: We came to the room every evening and drank tea/coffee. We always needed water, we called the reception and ordered, and every day when we returned, there was always water at the door of our room. They are so attentive despite the fact that the hotel has a large flow of visitors. And most importantly, I want to thank you for the responsiveness and help of two reception staff - Aybek (Kazakhstan) and Mirane (Kyrgyzstan), thanks guys, thanks to you and your work, it was easy for us to navigate the hotel conditions, routes in the city, and generally for being kind guys. Clean, polite, Russian-speaking staff. Great location. The breakfasts are good, the variety of dishes and snacks. Metro 5 minutes. Bus to the beach and back 2 times a day, the same to Dubai mall. Cafe, shop right in the hotel. There is a supermarket nearby. A swimming pool with a view of the Burj Khalifa, already in the shade after lunch! The price doesn't exactly match the service, the service is excellent! I definitely recommend it.

Excellent hotel, buffet breakfast, the same, but every day you can choose something new. The rooms are clean, daily cleaning and towel change, accessories on request. We were not charged a deposit, only a tourist fee of 10 dirhams per night. There are Russian speakers at the reception. There is a swimming pool with partial views of the Burj Khalifa, not on the roof! The rooms on one side overlook the City Walk, well, and the construction site, on the other side the same view from the tower. There is a gym. An automatic washing machine (adds funds by itself), the cost is 30 dirhams and a dryer is 20 dirhams. There is a private bus that takes you to the beach and to the malls according to the schedule. The metro is 600 meters away, and there is also a famous shopping center. On the other side of the City Walk, where you can walk in the evening or sit in a cafe.

Good afternoon, everyone! We went with my daughter to this hotel from 23.10. for 7 days. The service, starting from the reception, is excellent. We were well received, checked into a room with a view of the Burj Khalifa, everything is clean and tidy. The restaurant has friendly staff, in particular Tin, very nice and friendly guys. There is a shuttle service to the beach and malls. We visited the nearby attractions. I had very good impressions. I can safely recommend this hotel to my friends. I really liked the hotel, for its price - just amazing! The staff is very friendly, goes to the meeting in everything! We checked in at 10 a.m. for free, and were allowed to leave at 3 p.m. at no extra charge! The rooms are clean, there is everything you need! Hair dryer - valera! This is a 4-star luxury hotel. I had a rest in early September. Near the metro, Burj Khalifa. The rooms are clean, the breakfasts are good, delicious, there are enough and even different nuts. The dinner is a la carte, the portions are large and delicious. You don't even need to eat extra somewhere. I bought only fruits for the evening at the supermarket, 10 minutes away.

I really like the hotel! We arrived in Dubai for a week, the location is great, the food is delicious, the aroma at the reception is great. Bus to the beach, there is to the malls, but we haven't used it yet. The Burj and the metro are within walking distance. This is our first time in Dubai, there is nothing to compare it with, but we are completely satisfied, we have not yet identified any disadvantages, except that there is nowhere to dry clothes, but there is a laundry.

Very convenient location: 10 minutes on foot to the metro, immediately along the covered passage you can walk to the Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. Meals - we took breakfasts + dinners, quite enough, it's hot in the afternoon and I don't want to eat. Breakfast is a buffet + you can order an omelette from the menu/scrambled eggs (feel free to ask for a menu), dinners - there are two of them: from 6 to 8 p.m. buffet, everything is also very tasty, meat, fruits, vegetables, sweets, and from 8 p.m. dinner is a la carte, the menu is very extensive, two dishes per person, drinks are also non-alcoholic. We had a poke with shrimp, caesar, a beef burger and grilled fish with mashed potatoes - everything is gorgeous, like in a restaurant, beautiful serving. The waiters are lovely, very polite and smiling. The hotel staff is all very polite and kind, there is one Russian-speaking girl and one waitress at the reception. We had a night flight and arrived at the hotel at about 9 a.m., at 10:30 we were already in the room (although check-in at 16:00 like everyone else), at that time we were sent to the pool to lie down, and were allowed into the buffet area to drink coffee with croissants. The interior is a separate kind of buzz, everything is made in a musical style, records, microphones, various instruments. The rooms are clean, newly renovated (the hotel seems to be 21 years old), stylishly decorated, everything was cleaned and changed every day, the view was of the Burj Khalifa - a separate kind of buzz. The pool is excellent, also with a view of the Burj Khalifa, warm, there is an inflatable flamingo from the hotel, sun beds, towels are just wonderful. The hotel has a shuttle service to the beach (we were at the end of March 25 and they take us to Kite Beach), as well as to the Dubai Mall, it runs according to schedule, but.... if you didn't have time to jump on the bus (and there were more people willing than there were seats on the bus), then your problems are at least by taxi At least walk. It's a decent drive to the beaches. Sockets - one in the bathtub is suitable for Russian plugs + usb, several near the bedside tables. The hotel also has underground parking, we rented a car and parked there for free, just the room number records the possibility of check-in. In general, the hotel is a thrill, we really liked it.

Excellent location of the hotel!10 minutes to Dubai Mall on foot,locally 3 minutes on foot,the mosque is almost on site. Next to the Coca Cola arena. There are cafes and restaurants within walking distance and shops. The service is excellent!the room was cleaned every day, the bed was changed at our request, towels were brought fresh and delicious smelling every day. Water in glass bottles with a hotel label. The tea station was replenished every day. Friendly staff at the reception, there are Russian speakers. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, I can't say anything about the food, we barely got there, we had a fast as we would in the month of Ramadan.
