very unprofessional and rude staff. The consultant began to argue about the height of the heel, claiming that I was deceiving him, I even showed a photo of my old shoes of this brand, and he continues to deny that I am right. Why mess with a regular customer of the brand? because I'm Russian? terrible service! I didn’t buy the shoes I was purposefully shopping for because they ruined my mood
