It's a lovely hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleaning every day. There is a large space in the lobby of the hotel where you can sit and work, there is a cafe and a souvenir shop. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. There is a spa and a swimming pool.The hotel is rather business class, there are a lot of foreigners from different countries. 1 photo is a view from the window, the second is a spa.

Very pleasant, friendly staff at the restaurant, and that's it. The impression was very spoiled by the loud music outside (it's 23-36 now, it's still screaming (the room is so quiet during the day, at night it turns into a forced disco. There was only one bottle of water in the room for two! And one towel! But these clever ones rolled it up as if there were 2 of them! So they saw it late. There were no dressing gowns either. The room is old, the carpets smell damp And it would be nice if it were cheap! But for a night for two people they paid 1800 AED (52 thousand rubles) I do not recommend it

Nice hotel. On the downside: it's a very long wait for elevators! Always! Although there are 6 of them. Expensive beer in the lobby bar. Very expensive!!! Of the advantages: outdoor pool with sun loungers, sauna and all that. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast and dinner with a large selection of dishes and fruits.

Registration lasted almost 1.5 hours, which was a very long time((. It so happened that a late check-out was needed, or a payment for another day to book 10 rooms was refused, citing that there were no places at all. However, the numbers suddenly appeared in the afternoon. I do not recommend this hotel for the second time, there is a terrible smell of cigarettes and smoke everywhere, and the room was not for smokers.

I didn't find any slippers in the room. Dental kit 1 per day. I.e. we brush our teeth either in the morning or in the evening. The rooms are quiet, cozy, and clean. There's a nice cafe downstairs. The breakfasts are good and varied. A good entrance for a taxi.

The hotel is not bad, but there are enough disadvantages. There are no pharmacies or shops nearby. Everything is beautiful in the lobby, but the room stock needs to be updated. The furniture in the room is tired, there were no towels or bathrobes in the room at the time of check-in, the safe is located in the corridor and beats against the front door when the door is opened. The towel was brought at 2 a.m. when we were sleeping. A strange service. Spa. The hotels have 2 small pools and 3 Jacuzzis. There are few sun loungers, there are not enough towels for guests, you need to wait. 1 Jacuzzi on the street, 2 in the building in the hammam and sauna area, divided into male and female halls. The breakfast is very tasty and varied, the restaurant is spacious.

The year is 2023, the prices are given at the time of the visit. Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan 4* is a clean and beautiful hotel for 7 thousand rubles/day for four with excellent breakfasts! Perhaps this is the most inexpensive hotel in the Emirates. I have never seen such a price-quality ratio here either. There is a successful mini-market next to the hotel (compared with the neighboring ones), 20 dirhams (~ 400 rubles) to the White Mosque by taxi, there is a swimming pool, even two.

A very dirty, smoky hotel. This applies to rooms and all public spaces. It is not pleasant to be in the pool. Breakfast is the same as everywhere else, dirty furniture, walls, curtains. The plates on the buffet are in chaos! There is a constant queue of cars at the entrance. The staff is friendly, all issues are resolved.

The hotel is great. The breakfasts are good, there are a lot of different things for every taste, fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, etc. Several restaurants in the hotel (like 3). Clean, calm. There is a currency exchange (well +- you can change), there is a souvenir shop (there are medicines and cigarettes and just a snack), but expensive, in the city you can find it all for a penny (even in duty free it will be cheaper). There is a swimming pool, afigengy!!! A bunch of sunbeds, everything is free (but on occasion, I strongly advise you to visit the sea). There is a fitness, gym, sauna, etc. As for the rooms, cleaning every day, shower gels, soap, etc. - every day. Windows don't open (good air conditioners). The rooms have both a bath and a shower, a huge bed, a table, a chair, I also had a sofa. In general, there are no questions about the quality of the room at all. Well, it's a plus for someone that there are separate rooms (as I understand it, these are even separate floors) for smokers. And every day 1-3 bottles of water and coffee tea are brought to the room for free.

I am serving a 12-day quarantine here. The room is clean and spacious enough, but the food is terrible, especially the breakfasts. And the reception speaks very little English. There is Wi-Fi, but it does not pull WhatsApp calls. In general, it's kind of weak for this money.
