I would like to leave a review about the travel agency and especially thank Lyudmila for the work done. Initially, I planned to fly to Thailand, and Lyudmila was as involved as possible at all stages: she helped with the selection, constantly monitored the options and selected the most profitable offers. I would also like to note that she was always in touch and answered questions even outside of working hours. The situation became more complicated when flights via Abu Dhabi were canceled, and it already seemed that the vacation would not take place. But Lyudmila quickly found an alternative solution, thanks to which the trip nevertheless took place. Throughout the whole time, she worried about us, accompanied us and answered all questions — even the simplest ones and several times — calmly and in detail. As a result, only positive impressions remained. It is clear that the person is really interested in the result and does everything to make the client happy. Recommend 👍

We planned a vacation in China, and contacted Lyudmila's travel agency based on recommendations from friends who were satisfied with the services. We received extensive comprehensive information and reliable support from an experienced specialist throughout the tour. The choice of tours is huge, we were recommended a combo with a change of locations, during our vacation we visited two climatic zones, the tropics and the subtropics, lived in a city hotel and in a hotel in a subtropical forest. It turned out to be very interesting, fun and comfortable with a lot of pleasant impressions. We are ready to repeat our vacation in Hainan and definitely with the Airways.
