A very nice and tidy coffee shop with plenty of seats inside, the prices are average, the coffee was good but the variety of desserts is poor. The service is quick

We are not strong coffee experts, but sometimes we taste it in different establishments in Minsk. I liked Raf so much here that I wanted to leave a positive review. Plus a very tasty and fresh donut.

The interior, design of the establishment and the location are 100/10. That's all. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the quality of drinks and desserts. After visiting this place, we encountered a disgruntled barista who was outraged that she could not be outside during working hours (apparently, we prevented her from smoking or something). After looking at the menu, we inquired about the availability of cold drinks and a summer assortment (in addition to espresso tonic, there were basic drinks like flat white, latte, etc.). The answer came with rolled eyes and a dissatisfied intonation: - Bumble. As if it's obvious.... At least it wasn't in the main menu (on the top wall). But according to the barista, we should guess, because all the girl's insides and emotions were screaming, like, "are you really stupid?" Advice to the founders of the institution: be more attentive to the staff that you hire to work with visitors. Well, or send them to courses on social adaptation and development of communication skills :)
