It took us a long time to choose an apartment. We looked through a lot of offers from different developers. I immediately liked this complex under construction. A large selection of apartment layouts. And the location is convenient. Thanks to the manager for the help in the selection. I was able to take into account many wishes. And give the desired option .And the price turned out to be profitable. We are now looking forward to the completion of this complex. So far we like it here) We are satisfied.

I recently purchased an apartment in Trussardi Residences through Mira Developments, and I want to say that I was pleased with my choice. From the very beginning, the process turned out to be easier than I expected, thanks to their support. The team was very attentive and helped me figure out the details, which I honestly did not fully understand myself.
I was especially pleased that no one tried to "cram" the wrong option — I was shown several apartments, and in the end I chose the one that really suited the budget and requirements. I liked the Al Furjan area for its quietness, but at the same time it is close enough to important facilities.
As for the apartment itself, it fully corresponds to the description: the quality of the materials is good, the interior is stylish, but without frills. The Italian design that was talked about is really felt. I am still waiting for the project to be completed, but I am already confident that the result will not disappoint me.
There was complete transparency during the purchase process. I would also like to mention the help with documents — this is very important, especially if you, like me, are buying property abroad for the first time.
It's clear that nothing is perfect, and the only negative I can name is that I didn't always get answers to my questions quickly, especially at peak times. But in general, the team tried to stay in touch and resolve any issues that arose.
If someone is looking for a reliable developer, I can recommend Mira Developments. The experience of working with them left a good impression.

I decided to invest in Dubai real estate and chose Mira Developments. I was attracted by the favorable terms of purchase, the reliability of the developer and the prospects for the development of the city. I bought an apartment in one of the Mira Developments residential complexes under construction. The apartment is spacious, with good finishes and pleasant views. I am sure that my investment will pay off in full, given the rate at which real estate in Dubai is getting more expensive.
