Horrible service in any situation but especially in difficult ones. Just tried to contact support via WhatsApp - they just say that they don't understand me and close sessions. Then I start a new - and it's all over again. Horrible 💩💩💩 All good reviews here have no specifics - just "good bank" looks like fake reviews

Emirates NBD is one of the best banks in Dubai! Very good staff, lots of space, beautiful interior, transport accessibility. There are only advantages in this bank!

Bank bottom. The phone is not answering. They work on a lazy schedule until 2 pm. Don't write anywhere, don't call anywhere. A talking robot in support, whose number is not specified anywhere, asks 100 questions and does not connect you with anyone. Lazy Arabs. Absolutely no service. I miss our banks.
