Negative feedback helps to develop. First of all, about the good things - the rooms are spacious, clean, well-groomed, the pillows are very comfortable. The breakfasts are excellent with a good selection, it was fun to have breakfast with dumplings and dumplings along with a wide selection of salads and omelets. From the negative: the hot water flowed barely warm a couple of times in the evening, during the cool evenings it turned out very unpleasant that it was impossible to warm up properly. And yet, they gave out a terrible breakfast with them (they flew away early) - an egg, a piece of cheese, a piece of sausage, a cucumber, tomatoes... Make a sandwich - it's convenient and it turns out quite well.

A pleasant hotel. Small. With a good repair. Responsive staff. For breakfast, you can cook scrambled eggs/ omelet as you like. Nice room. Clear. Cleaning every day. One of the disadvantages is the design of the bathroom - instead of a curtain, transparent glass that moves and everything pours onto the floor. The water was heated for a long time in the morning. However, I got up at 6-7 in the morning. Tea, coffee, and water were added in the room all the time. Fridge. Good location in a green area. I'll be happy to come back.

The hotel is centrally located, but in a quiet location. There is a small park nearby. The main attractions are 15-20 minutes away on foot.
The staff is polite and attentive. The room was cleaned every day and the towel was changed. Everything is clean and cozy.
I take off the star for the food. There is a large selection for breakfast, there is always something to choose from.
But the menu is a disaster. It's not tasty at all! We have tried several dishes, it is impossible to eat. So if this is important to you, keep in mind.

The hotel is conveniently located. Near the opera, you can walk to Meni on foot, to Tsoi Square, 15 minutes, near restaurants, cafes. The room is small, cozy, wifi is working, breakfast is good (scrambled eggs, omelette, porridge, pastries, snacks). We saved money on coffee. The price tag is not the most budget-friendly, but it has justified itself. Well

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights.
Positive:
- convenient location of the hotel;
- the room is clean, the interior is good, everything works;
- the staff responds quickly to requests (to bring water, change of linen);
- quick check-in.
Minuses:
- the breakfasts are tasteless;
- the waiters can not cope with the load and do not have time to clean up after the visitors, which is why the tables are littered with dirty dishes;
- the staff enters the room, despite the "do not disturb" sign, and without knocking.
The last point is the reason for my low rating of the hotel. I consider it unsafe to live in.

The hotel is clean and freshly renovated. A very varied buffet. There is plenty for any guest to choose from. There are any goodies, even for picky children and their parents. The staff was friendly, very quick to respond to questions and helped with on-site solutions. There is a caveat - if you need documents about your stay, for example, for those who came on a business trip, get the documents on a weekday before 19:00. It is impossible to do this on a weekend. But there is a solution - the hotel is ready to send you your documents by mail to the specified address. In my opinion, it is an excellent choice

I lived for a week. In my opinion, the price is more than overpriced, but in Kazakhstan it is now a big problem, as is renting, including for citizens of the country. Therefore, in general, I was sympathetic)
I'll start with the cons:
- they gave out a key card from the room, in an insert that was already heavily in use... very unsightly! This is the first thing a guest receives at the hotel, can you order these inserts and give new ones?)
- dirty walls, dirty carpet, the room is cleaned, but without fanaticism, if something is spilled they may not notice.
- there are expired snacks in the mini-bar, but it's big and if you need it, you can use it, but it's expensive.
- the refrigerator of the mini-bar is practically not a refrigerator, it will not work to remove the conditional yogurt.
- if you do not leave before 12.00, they will most likely not clean up, they will only take out the garbage and leave a sign that they could not clean up. It is important not to forget to turn on the scoreboard with a request for cleaning and turn off the "do not disturb" scoreboard, which I forgot on day 1)
- mattresses are just hyper-rigid, not everyone will like them.
- there are no lockers/nightstands/drawers at all. It's unusual when everything is publicly available.
Positive:
- excellent location, peace and quiet + there are many grocery stores around.
- stylish design of the rooms and the MOP.
- delicious and very varied breakfast.
- on the 2nd floor there is a very soulful terrace.
- friendly and courteous staff!
If the prices become more adequate, I will definitely come again :)

I'm just in love with this hotel, the service is excellent, the restaurant and cuisine, especially the buffet, are very diverse. Especially salads and pickles, as I am a big fan of proper nutrition. Clean, regular cleaning in the morning, near squares, residential area. I would love to come back. ❤

I really liked the hotel. New furniture, clean room, comfortable bed, everything is very clean and tidy. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The area is also cool, in the heart of the southern capital. High level of service. From the first step as I got out of the taxi, I was immediately met by security and took my suitcase, the girls at the reception are also very friendly. The only negative is breakfast, I would like more variety and hot food. The sandwiches were dried up, the food was cold, the coffee tasteless.

The pressure seems to be good, but the water abruptly becomes hotter, with strong, then colder. This is probably only for my room, or the rooms that are located on this riser. And it's a good hotel. A wonderful hotel, everything is there, bathrobes, etc! The room is well equipped, fresh furniture and renovation! Already rare, a very richly filled minibar! An excellent hotel, quite fresh, there are elevators(2)!!, interesting design, a choice of rooms for every taste from standard (large) to suites of 60 meters with a wardrobe and two toilets. Some of the rooms overlook the courtyard of the police department, not the most interesting landscape, but in general it does not interfere)
The breakfasts are decent, long, with a choice and the opportunity to order more.

It's not worth the money. The rooms are small, cramped and not comfortable. There are hotels in Ata with better views and more comfortable ones.

Excellent business class hotel in the center of Almaty. The interior of the rooms and rooms are stylish, the design is very thoughtful. Excellent buffet, very tasty cuisine. It's very dirty at breakfast, just crumbs lying around, tables are not being prepared for the next guests. There are ashtrays in the rooms and, accordingly, the room is smoky, well, the standard room itself is quite small, the size is oppressive. But if you look at the whole, you can stop here.
The location is good, you can walk on foot, a 5-minute walk to the Navat restaurant, local cuisine, very tasty, I advise everyone.

Шикарно. Хол. Лифт. Номер компактный и все все есть!! Полотенец столько, что у меня частей тела меньше))) все со вкусом. Освещение на выбор. Зеркала кругом. Чистота прям звенит! Утром завтрак - шикарный выбор всего. Глазам и желудку было приятно. Не смотря на это разнообразие, повар, который прям тут же готовит, предложил мне индивидуальную яичницу с беконом, и скажу вам, это было оооочень приятно)))

Чистые приятные номера, свежие, видно, что гостиница новая. Вкусные завтраки, большой выбор еды. Персонал приветливый. Расположение удобное. Конференц залы разочаровали. Нет окон, душно, кондиционеры узко направленные...если включить то сильно дует в одно место. Люди там сидящие мёрзнут. К концу дня кондёр потек и на второй день не работал вовсе. Персонал не исправил ситуацию никак.

Новый отель в Алмате, в хорошем месте - рядом парк, рестораны - в шаговой доступности. 2-ой этаж - для курящих - комнаты жутко прокурены несмотря на то, что отель новый. Завтрак - есть из чего выбрать, особенно радует разнообразие горячих блюд: каши, блинчики, сырники, омлет, яичница, колбаски, … - выбор большой. Не очень вкусный хлеб, не хватает овощей и фруктов ( в середине лета могло бы быть и получше!) очень хорошая кофе-машина и отличный кофе. Для короткой остановки в командировке - хороший выбор. Карту Мир принимают.

Всё на очень высоком уровне. Номера уютные, чистые. Расположение очень удобное. Жил здесь несколько раз ,каждый раз, не менее 4-х дней. Всё нравится ,уют, отношение. У меня включен был завтрак, но это единственное, что мне не удалось оценить, так как побольше поспать для меня было важнее😃, но уверен и там всё в порядке. Очень РЕКОМЕНДУЮ.👍

Здравствуйте. Отель стоит своих звёзд. Мне очень понравилось.
Обслуживание на высшем уровне. Персонал приветливый и доброжелательный.
Завтраки нормальный шведский стол. Ресторан тоже хороший. Есть лобби бар.
Номер отличный, все чисто и уютно. В номере прихожая, в комнате стоит диван ( что очень приятно) и кровать. Есть тапочки, халатов нет, чай, чайник и приветственная вода. Стоит мини бар, но он платный. В номере сейф и все необходимое есть. У меня был номер с большущей двуспальной кроватью. Мне очень все понравилось. Единственное, что мне не очень понравилось- нет балконов.
Расположение прекрасное, в центре города. До аэропорта минут 25 на машине.

Отель понравился, удобный, комфортный номер, много вариантов освещения, розеток, есть холодильник, н, воду каждый день пополняют. Завтрак разнообразный, большой выбор, каши, горячее, сэндвичи, закуски, овощи, фрукты, несколько вариантов выпечки.
Единственный минус - не очень качественно убирают, как заселилась ножка стола была грязная, в поисках, так и выехала через пять дней, полотенца, то одно положат, то два.

The hotel is like a hotel. MIR cards are accepted for payment at the reception (there is no bar). I want to mention delicious coffee for breakfast - the rest is like in most hotels (I can't eat this, soulless food). In the evening, at the bar before going to bed, I decided to drink a glass of Jagermeister - it turned out to be warm and diluted with water in a ratio of 1 to two. If I were a brawler, it would be a good opportunity, but in the end, the mood and the overall impression just deteriorated. The 5-star rating clearly does not pull, but the 3 hand did not rise to put.

Гостиница, неплохая. Новая, чистая. Но не для долгого проживания. Завтрак на очень хорошем уровне. Уборка в номерах зависит от персонала. Хочу отдельно поблагодарить Гульнар, которая убирается на 5 этаже за добросовестное выполнение своих обязанностей, в отличие от ее коллег.
Наверное самый большой недостаток это кавролин в номерах. Дышать не возможно. Господа отельеры, уже нигде в уважающих себя гостиницах не используется в качестве напольного покрытия КАВРОЛИН (по роду своей деятельности Я часто путешествую по миру и останавливаюсь в разных отелях). Сколько бы вы его не пылесосили вы никогда не удалите из него пыль. Просыпаешься утром нос забит, хотя спал с открытым окном.
Расположение отеля удобное - центр города.
Обслуживание иногда хромает. Несколько раз было такое, что звоню на ресепшн что-то спрашиваю принести, говорят сейчас принесем и все - забыли. Скажем так есть над чем работать.
Спорт зал - можно сказать его нет. Маленькая комната с 4 кардио тренажёрами и гантели. Это не серьезно, учитывая вместимость отеля.
В общем отель на твердые 3 звезды.
Для длительного проживания не рекомендую.

Обслуживание на высоком уровне. Персонал замечательно справляеться. Ресторан при отеле готовит и завтраки и все блюдо очень вкусно и все из свежих и чистых продуктов. В номерах чисто и приятно, а кровати и постель способствуют хорошему сну. Расположение мне было удобным. Так как я не местный не могу точно сказать насколько это центр, но все было рядом, к тому же вокруг было нексколько столовых, если нужно быстро пообедать, но и иные заведения для вечерних встреч тоже хватало. Так же мне очень понравился зеленый сквер около гостиницы.

Чисто, большие удобные номера, администратор парень молодец всегда подскажет и поможет, вайфай летает, персонал хороший, еда вкусная, разнообразная, расположение удобное, недолго ехать от аэропорта. Рекомендую!
