A chic hotel with a great beach and delicious breakfasts. We had a family vacation, everyone was as satisfied as possible, the location in Dubai is the best. The restaurants on site are on the level, the service is 5+, the rooms are comfortable. We did not have time to explore the entire territory, it is quite large. A heavenly place. We lived in a villa with a balcony overlooking the water. In the evening, on the patio from 6 o'clock we had a happy hour, we drank champagne at the fountain, then drove a buggy to a restaurant for dinner. The choice is excellent, lots of seafood, desserts are light and the atmosphere is pleasant. I would especially like to mention the service, very friendly and well-trained staff. The huge well-groomed territory of the hotel creates the feeling of an oasis. A beach with snow-white sand, there are always free sunbeds and towels are immediately brought especially for you. As well as cool water and ice cream. There are many different restaurants on the territory for every taste. It's nice to take a boat ride on the canals inside the hotel, just like in Venice. We felt so good that we didn't want to go to the city. And one desire to stay here longer and come back again.

We stayed at this hotel from October 9th to 11th for two nights. It used to be very good here, we were led by excellent reviews and stories about excellent service. I will describe how it really was. We arrived on October 9th at about 15:00 at the hotel. Our suitcases were politely accepted, taken to our room, and we went to process the documents and pay for the accommodation. At the entrance, we were also asked for a deposit (which the hotel did not warn us about in advance), but in principle, we painfully agreed that we would pay everything on the spot and were not going to make a deposit. When checking into the room, no one showed us where everything works and how, so we had to figure it out ourselves. They immediately discovered that the glass door to the balcony was not working, they reported this to the reception. About 15 minutes after our call, a master came into the room, who repaired the door to the balcony and finally opened it! My husband also asked for an ashtray, which was not brought to us the first time, and after 40 minutes of waiting, we reminded him of our request. The renovation in the room immediately caught my eye, or rather its absence. It can be seen that the plumbing already has obvious traces of time, the tiles in the bathroom are chipped, the doors are sloppily painted, the room is too shabby, the bedside tables with peeling paint ... apparently, no one even tried to think about the need for renovation in the Mine. Let me remind you that the cost of a room during this period was about 100 thousand rubles per day with half board. Then lunch. The hotel posted information on the website that breakfast will be in the buffet format, and the second meal (lunch or dinner) will be in the restaurant. But there are nuances. At lunch in a Chinese restaurant, as part of the half-board we paid for, we were offered to order 4 dishes (with the exception of some items from the menu) and drinks, for which we need to pay separately. In principle, there are no questions about the restaurant in this part, except that after their dishes there is wild heartburn and the taste of spices in the mouth for the next day ... therefore, we decided for ourselves that we will not eat here anymore. The next restaurant offered meals only in the snack format, so we didn't even try to go there, because you won't be satisfied with snacks alone. And the third restaurant was Italian. Here's a joke from the hotel. It's like you've already paid for the food, but you haven't. A condition was announced to us - for each of any two dishes and dessert - 180 dirhams + drinks for an additional fee. A total of 360 dirhams plus some amount for drinks. Of the drinks, only two cocktails were taken at 70 dirhams each + Americano. In total, we paid about 14 thousand rubles for lunch. Mina artfully created the illusion of a paid lunch, which, in principle, could not be taken (because the big question is, what are you paying for if lunch is expensive anyway and you could just as well choose food only with breakfast and lunch / dinner in any other restaurant you liked not on site). KEEP THIS IN MIND ‼️ After lunch at the Italian restaurant, we asked for some of the dishes to take with us. We were given a package, which we asked at the reception to take to the room, and we went for a walk. Upon returning to the room, we saw this standing package and no one even offered to bring dishes, forks, etc. to it or reheat food (for comparison, in another hotel they left us a note where they kindly offered to reheat everything and put it on plates at any time). This is not at all what you expect from a 5* hotel. Moreover, the restaurant and the hotel could somehow establish communication between themselves so that we would not have to drag this package to the reception at all and ask to take it to the room… The next day after check-in, we woke up and found that THERE was NO COLD WATER IN the ROOM. We had to call the reception, call the master again and WAIT, WASTING OUR PRECIOUS TIME. Next, we asked the reception to tell us where to find Dubai chocolate and how best to buy it. Manager Tatiana explained the ordering system to us, kindly offered to try to order chocolate for us online, tried to order twice in one day, but nothing worked (according to her). After that, she offered to order the original chocolate through some "separate channels" a little more expensive through the concierge. But it turned out that for a minimum order, I think you need to order 3 chocolate bars + pay for delivery, and thus they do not carry orders less than 18,000 rubles. At that moment, we realized that they were trying to breed us... of course they didn't buy chocolate, but it's not as critical as what happened next. In the evening of the same day, before leaving, we went to the reception with a request to order a taxi for us at 6:00 in the morning to catch the airport. We also clarified the question about breakfast, since we have an early check-out, and we do not have time for breakfast at the hotel. Firuza's manager told us that the hotel would be able to assemble a breakfast of croissants, biscuits and sandwiches for us and bring it to the room at the appointed time (we agreed by 5:30 in the morning). She also asked us what drinks we prefer - coffee, tea, juices. SHE WROTE DOWN ALL OUR WISHES IN A NOTEBOOK, INDICATED THE TIME and even offered to wake us up! But we refused the latter. The next day at 5:30 a.m., no one brought breakfast. (By the way, the balcony door broke again and it's good that there were two of us, but if one person lived in the room and went out on the balcony without a phone?). We waited 10 minutes and called the reception, where it turned out that THEY had NOT HEARD ABOUT ANY BREAKFAST, AS WELL AS ABOUT A TAXI AT 6 A.M. (I think if we had asked to wake us up, we would have overslept our flight altogether). We once again reminded that we had asked for breakfast by 5:30, announced our choice of drinks on the menu and asked to bring breakfast to the room before we left. Again, no one brought breakfast. We went down to the reception with our suitcases, handed over the room keys and saw that this Firuza was standing there (who took our order the night before and regularly wrote all requests in a notebook) with two of our breakfast bags and with an innocent face says that she forgot about the request to bring breakfast to the room. And she offered us to take it with us to eat it somewhere on the street / in a taxi / at the airport 🤡 but we had already calculated all the time and we did not plan to choke on this breakfast in a taxi, which is why we asked to bring it to the room at a certain time ‼️ Of course, no one ordered a taxi on time either, the doorman at the entrance quickly ordered a car while we were saying goodbye to Firuza. The hotel, as you can see, does not pull at 5 * at all. I would even say it's three stars at best.…
