Worst experience ever 👿🫣👿 I’m choosing this company because never used earlier. Broken wheel on my laggage on BOTH flights! No excuse, no call center or something to discuss this problem. Food is awful I can’t it it. On board they don’t have tv but internet for fee (also unstable connected). Disappointed ☹️ never will use again & of course never will recommend to anyone.

Terrible attitude towards customers! The office closed 30 minutes before the end of the working day. Employees simply send passengers to the airport, and from the airport they are sent back to this office-a vicious circle. No one is trying to help! I will never choose FlyDubai again!

Terrible attitude towards your customers! Due to the situation beyond the control of passengers, we are forced to stay in Dubai indefinitely. The airline drives everyone around in a circle: Terminal 3 sends them to the office, the office says it's closing an hour and a half before the official time, and sends them to Terminal 2. The answer to everything: “no flight”. They don't help people with accommodation and they don't solve their problems in any way. They selectively change tickets, but they say that there will be no flights. No official information, no help, no one cares at all. A terrible, inhuman attitude. When asked why the flights are flying (planes are taking off in front of our office), we are told that these are “special flights”. What do we need to do to fly home? We are ready and willing to go to any destination, but the staff is already responding aggressively to visitors and has sent the police to help.

I would like to thank the Russian-speaking employee who worked in the 1st window on March 10, a very friendly employee. In 5 minutes, I exchanged tickets that our tour operator could not exchange and include in the export lists for a whole week. We were able to fly home on the same day.

I fly with this airline often, but in September I came across a situation when the paid seat with an extended interval near the aisle in the middle of the plane was changed to the first row near the window, of course they didn't warn me, I didn't expect such a dirty trick, I didn't check the ticket at the counter, there was a surprise for me on the plane. Later, analyzing the situation, I remembered the faces of the employees who were fussing and could not make this exchange for a long time. The flight was ruined, as the legs rested the entire flight on the rack that separated the business class, and could not go out into the aisle because it was not convenient to constantly lift neighbors nearby. Previously, this has not happened with this company, now I will be more attentive and I want to warn other passengers that they need to remain vigilant.
