The hotel is so-so. About the bad stuff. 1. They moved into the furthest room. To get there is to complete the quest! 2. The room itself is very small - even the suitcase is difficult to open, although other rooms of the same category were much (!) larger. 3. The room is very cold (we were in October). We tried to turn on the air conditioner for heating, honestly waited 20 minutes at 27 degrees with heating mode - it does not heat, cold air blows. 4. There is nothing to breathe because of the carpet in the room. 5. Dirty, unpleasant-smelling towels. 6. A very uncomfortable shower -soap-shampoos have nowhere to put, the dirty curtain drags into the center of the shower, and it sticks to the ass! 7. It's far from the sights, there are no normal shops and cafes nearby. 8. The outlet for the kettle and refrigerator turned out to be behind the cabinet, so I had to call the staff to move the cabinet. 9. There is only one common bedside table, which is not enough for two people. 10. There is no ramp and elevator - you can't drag your suitcases to the upper floors on your own, you need to ask for help at the reception. From the positive: 1. The staff is quite friendly and helpful (especially in the dining room). 2. The room is quiet. 3. They do a tolerable cleaning. 4. Good breakfasts. There is a large selection, there are non-standard dishes. Finished food is delivered quickly.

A wonderful hotel! I've stayed at this hotel twice. Very convenient location. Most of the attractions are within walking distance from the hotel! Very tasty and hearty breakfasts. Clean, cozy hotel, good location, near a gastronomic pedestrian street with cafes and restaurants for every budget, convenient location for excursions. I would also like a cooler with water in the lobby and a slightly larger assortment for breakfast. But everything is very tasty, the staff is friendly.

It's not a bad hotel. We lived on the ground floor, Windows facing the courtyard. You can go out into the courtyard and sit in silence in the fresh air. It's quiet at night. The breakfasts are not bad. The staff at the reception is quite pleasant. The city center. Convenient location. There are good cafes not far from the hotel, behind the presidential residence. Delicious and inexpensive.

On the first evening, there were problems with the water - it was only cold, they couldn't really take a shower, then they explained that they had to open the faucet, drain it and wait for it to heat up, the problem was solved.

A clean, cozy hotel for 2-3 days, with a good location!!!! The Internet works very poorly, there is no Internet in the rooms. Basically, we are on vacation and you can do without the Internet or go down to the reception!!!! But, what pleasantly surprised us, at our request, they brought a teapot , lemon and sugar (there was an electric kettle, tea and coffee in the room). A good three-piece with the whole plumbing!!!! ( this is compared to other threes along the way )

The hotel looks small, but in fact it has high ceilings, large rooms and windows, a cool courtyard with large trees, benches and a cot. Quiet, sleep well! The room is cool and without a conder, although it's hot outside, they didn't even turn it on. It's clean, everything you need is in the room. The staff is friendly. The water pressure is very weak in the shower, which is a minus. The breakfasts were so-so, the coffee was natural one day, on the second either the car broke down, or the foreigners left. There is a small selection, there is porridge, fried eggs only, biscuits, gingerbread, shingles, fritters, pancakes, cheese, sausage, bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, oranges and samsa .., nuts and it seems that everything, some kind of pastries, the set seems to be large, but in fact pampering :) And it's not delicious

Another great place where I stay is in Samarkand. All the sights are nearby and walking along University Boulevard is very cool, especially in the evening. Registan, Timur's tomb and the market are just around the corner. Beautiful and spacious rooms, buffet breakfast. The price is the best quality)

A large bright clean room with a window on the patio and a small balcony, decorated in a national style, a fresh pleasant smell in the room, there is water, a small refrigerator, but there is no kettle and tea accessories, I think this issue should be resolved by the hotel administration, in hot weather you don't really want to eat, but tea It is necessary to drink. There is a good TV, there are channels in Russian. The breakfast is modest but acceptable, good fresh pastries and fragrant coffee beans from the coffee machine, free and unlimited, you can take a couple of cups, which we did. Nice clean lobby, friendly staff. I want to return to this hotel. I recommend staying here.

Good location. Walking part of the street in the shade of hefty trees. At first glance, everything is beautiful, the room has a bathroom. But, the curtains are not blackout, but yellow like a sanatorium sun and in the morning the room is quickly filled with light and sleep is no longer a dream. On the second floor there is no carpet on the floor and therefore when a door slams somewhere, it is very audible and it snaps you out of sleep. The bed is hard! Breakfast is below average. Drip coffee maker which constantly accumulates trays with dirty dishes with napkins. Apparently one employee puts everything there from the tables, and the other is less efficient and does not carry it further. No one is in a hurry to fill up the finished positions of food at breakfast, either. That is, if you didn't get something, then it's not a fact that you will wait for it to be replenished. There are no 3 floors and there is no elevator, but the staff helps both to bring things in at check-in and to leave at check-out

Assalom allekum or good time of the day dear readers of this review. The City Samarkand Hotel is located in a very convenient location along with the city center itself. The territory of the hotel is well maintained and everything is clean. There is no swimming pool or hammam, sauna, just a room for relaxation and that's it. The breakfasts are not bad and not great. The hotel room itself looks like an old type of hotel from the 2000s. Sorry for the spoilers if anyone is on arrival or on a business trip a day, I advise you, but you won't find anything like that there.
