A cozy apartment hotel in the heart of Dubai Advantages: - Location is definitely an advantage. Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are around the corner, a 5-minute walk away. - In addition, the rooms are very cozy and clean, there are all the accessories, I did not find only a shoe spoon)) - Very tasty cuisine in the restaurant on the ground floor - The view from the window is beautiful - Large heated swimming pool, which is located on several levels - Wonderful spa with excellent massage - Good and high-speed Internet - High water pressure - Excellent service Disadvantages: - I did not find any drawbacks as such General impressions: The Movenpick hotel chain confirms its high world-class status. High-quality service and universal attention to guests, as always, leaves only positive emotions. Upon check-in, the standard of accommodation was upgraded to a room with a view of the Burj Khalifa for free. By the way, Dubai Mall is really 5 minutes away, it's just around the corner!!! In general, I liked everything, I definitely recommend it!!!

Excellent staff, clean room. Everything looks new. Excellent location, close to Dubai Mall and restaurants. It gets a little cold in the room when the air conditioner is turned on. Setting the temperature controller to +30c is useless. And the rest is fine.

A good hotel. Very convenient location in terms of walking distance to the main attractions. The Dubai Mall starts right at the exit. Burji is a 15-minute walk away. The hotel itself is very decent. Not a bad cafe on the ground floor. The pool area and the restaurant impressed. The room is clean and tidy. Everything you need to eat. Kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher.. ) The hotel is non-alcoholic, if it's important to someone. I.e. there's nothing even in the bars. ) In general, everything is fine!

We have been staying at this hotel since 12/21/2022, with a family of 2 adults and 2 children (4 and 10 years old). Tour for 13 nights. We will celebrate the New Year in this hotel. The location of the hotel is wonderful, within walking distance of the Burj Khalifa Fountain Square (10-15 minutes on foot). We would like to express our great gratitude and appreciation to the employee of the Yam Hotel! Thank you for the individual approach to our family! We have paid for dinners at this hotel, they are provided on a fixed menu. Yam helps us make a choice every evening, fulfills all our requests, we are very grateful to him for this! Thank you for your help and responsiveness! Yam you are super! 👍 The serving of dishes is beautiful, everything is delicious! All the staff at the hotel is very friendly, they respond quickly to requests. The rooms are cleaned quickly and efficiently. Towels are changed daily! The whole hotel is sparkling, the pool area is very well maintained. A huge plus is the presence of a washing machine in the apartment. We have come to Dubai for the 3rd time in the last year! We stayed at this hotel for the first time! We are very happy to be here! Many thanks to the managers and staff of the hotel for the service and attentive attitude to their guests!

We were here in November 2021. Excellent rooms and service. We met them when settling in with delicious sweets. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. There was a washing machine and a kitchenette. Separately, I will note the excellent location: a 5-minute walk from the Dubai Mall and fountains. There is also an inexpensive convenience store around the corner.

Very convenient location, 10 minutes walking distance to Dubai Mall. Friendly hotel staff, there is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception. The dishes are varied and delicious, there is an additional menu. Lobi bar is open from 16-00 to 17-00. They were settled before the due time, they did not take the deposit.
