Pros: clean room, fresh modern hotel, delicious food Cons: small bathroom, brewed coffee for breakfast, not brewed from beans, inconvenient transfer to the beach. Departs at 10.00 and picks up from the beach at 15.45; naturally, no one hangs out there until that time and everyone calls a taxi for their money. The average distance from the beach is 35-40 dirhams to the hotel. The reception staff doesn't know the information well. There's food from the hotel in the photo, if you're a student like me, then there's something to eat. Milk is ordinary, there is no lactose-free milk, although it is everywhere now. Of the alternatives, there was always the ugly oatmeal, once there was almond. The pool is about nothing, we looked at it and didn't even go there because swimming is in full view of everyone who sits and eats such a thing. There are several round-trip routes to the Dubai Mall, although it is convenient. The price in business bay is like everywhere else +-, would I choose this hotel again? No. It is inconvenient to be near the bridge, there is a place to go for lunch if you took breakfast + lunch or dinner.

They were from October 28 to November 6, 2025.... When we were looking, we booked a hotel and read reviews about it at home.... and so..... You can't get to the subway, there are roads and a river all around..... You can't reach the Burj Khalifa - you seem to see it, but you can't cross the river and wind through the streets for several hours. Those who wrote that you can walk to the subway or Dubai Mall were not telling the truth.... Only the hotel bus and taxi. An inexpensive taxi to Dubai Mall costs about 35 dirhams. The bus is more convenient. If you need a subway, I went to the Mall, and from there I took the subway. The hotel itself is great! There were three of us with a child, they put an additional room in our room. Cleaning every day. We only took breakfast - a huge selection, lots of places, everyone liked everything. There is a swimming pool, it is very invigorating to go there before breakfast. Everything is clean, quiet and works smoothly. Every day, a bus takes people to and from the beach. Three times a day to Dubai Mall and back. There are no disadvantages...... Maybe just requests: 1. The clothes dryer should still be in the room. And what is there is only for socks and underpants. 2. The bus is small and not everyone has enough space to go to the beach or Dubai Mall. You either need a bigger bus or more flights. And so..... we are satisfied..... The hotel is not far from the center - a taxi is quite inexpensive.

Nice, modern hotel. Buffet breakfasts. The menu is not varied, but delicious. In the evening, you can have dinner as per the menu, some of the dishes will be paid for. So it is with the buffet system. The food is delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful if you have any questions. There weren't many people by the pool. There are a sufficient number of sun beds located in different places for those who like to sunbathe. Good transport interchange, you can quickly get to almost all the attractions. We stayed at this hotel from November 9th to 17th. I liked everything: room cleaning, change of bed linen and towels every day, courteous staff, cleanliness in the hotel and good breakfasts!There is also a free shuttle service to Kite Beach and Dubai Mall. The only negative is the distance from the metro. About 3km on foot. Buses run, but it's difficult to get to the hotel in the evening.

A wonderful hotel! We took half board (breakfast and dinner). There are plenty to choose from, the portions are large and the quality is excellent. The location of the hotel is ideal, a taxi to the Dubai Mall is only 600 rubles and 10 minutes at most. The pool and deck chairs were always free, the water was clean and warm. The rooms were cleaned every day, the hotel itself is new, diffusers are on every floor. The breakfasts are varied and a huge plus for the fresh watermelon

Nice hotel. The location is good, there are a couple of bus stops to the business bay station. A pharmacy and supermarkets are within walking distance. There are all kinds of cafes on Business Bay Avenue, but if you walk, then the road goes out for 20 minutes. Transfer to the beach and Dubai Mall, it takes 15 minutes to get to both places. They take a Kite to the beach, one of my favorites, there is everything for comfort and, most importantly, for free (toilets, showers, changing rooms, drinking cool water) The staff is very nice. They will always help and fulfill all requests. Most importantly, everyone is happy and friendly. I only took breakfast, and everything is fine here too. In addition to the standard set of food, there is even something unusual, such as fruit salad or chia pudding. The room is also good, everything is standard. The cleaning was excellent.

Great hotel. If you stay in Business Bay, then only here. The rooms are clean, cozy, cleaning and linen change daily, the staff is friendly, they help to solve any questions. The cuisine is delicious, but a little monotonous, in principle, if you stop for a week, you can eat a variety, but if more, it will be boring. It's very beautiful inside. Of course, there are small disadvantages, but this only adds a zest to the hotel, so it's not scary. In general, I advise everyone.
