A good hotel, there are pros and cons, cons-a small territory, no air conditioning in the lobby, very small rooms, old furniture from the pros, of course the staff, all your wishes, requests, comments are fulfilled instantly, always friendly and with a smile, we were alone with my husband, without children, we didn't go to animation much but we saw that they were trying to keep the children busy - contests, karaoke, a foam party, we got to a live concert once, my conclusions are that I definitely recommend it for a budget holiday.

Vacationed with my son at the UK Kiris hotel in June 2024. We liked everything very much. The hotel is a 3-4-minute walk from the sea. The rooms and grounds are always clean. The animators and the entire staff are generally very friendly and funny. The atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasant. The food is always delicious. Denis and Arda are the best animators!!! Thanks for the fun games, dancing and water aerobics. They are very attentive to all the guests. They don't let anyone get bored. Thanks to the administrator Bogdan for his responsiveness and for immediately checking us into the room, despite the fact that we arrived early in the morning. I would also like to mention the massage therapists of this hotel and the physiotherapist. AHMET, ARIF, MELISSA are real professionals in their field. I took a 5-day course with Akhmet, and I want to say that no one does massage like him. I'm thrilled!!! After the massage, the headaches and back pain disappeared. Thank you very much ❤

We had a rest in May 2024. due to the delay in arrival, we arrived after lunch... BUT we were fed🤗I really liked the hotel, it's clean (under renovation), the room has everything you need (hairdryer, soap dish, lots of towels, air conditioning) and the coolest thing is the balcony with a table and chairs. (By the way, there are often balconies in Sochi). They met us very friendly and immediately accommodated us. Administrator Bogdan is the best admin! Solves all questions quickly, brings up all the information in detail, always positive! Arda, the entertainment administrator, is also a super person!!! Have fun evenings and discos!!! About food: chefs are good at their job, everything is fresh, hot and delicious every day!!! There was a guy working at the bar, I forgot his name, from just the cocktail master. Let the variety be minimal, but it makes it very tasty.The beach is 5 minutes away from the hotel. There is a swimming pool, slides, everything in the lawn and rabbits!!! They run around the territory. And the hotel has ITS OWN orange field at the back!!! Go pick fruits-the administration is all for it. In general, the rest was a 100% success, now we are looking at a ticket only to this hotel, but alas.
