The hotel is old, generally normal. Nice pool. The slides are turned on twice a day. The road to the beach is 5-6 minutes. As a result, we walked to the wild beach 15 minutes from the hotel. Well, this is for lovers of such a holiday) The beach from the hotel is small, there are not enough sun beds. The food at the hotel is normal, lots of greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, cabbage. Lots of stewed vegetables. Bulugur often. Well, noodles, potatoes, sausages, almost always. Ice cream is free every day. Grilled, fish, meat, chicken. There was something else from meat, but I wasn't really interested. Fruits include watermelon and melon. Desserts for lunch and dinner are always available. The hotel is close to the national park in 15 minutes on foot, there must be sneakers!!! The staff who keep the tables, pool and grounds clean in the hotel are trying very hard. Everything is clean enough. Everyone was helpful, if you needed help, they helped. Animation is normal for children and seniors. Pleasant live music for adults several times a week. Water is free, always available. Coffee and tea too. Cats and rabbits run around the territory of the orange grove. I give 4 stars only for the leaky toilet and cockroaches, which I saw a couple of times at night. The rooms are old, but in good condition, the beds are comfortable, the mattress is of medium hardness. The air conditioners are working. In general, a normal 4ka.

Hello everyone. We had a rest from 24.09 to 01.10. The first impressions formed after the comparison with where we were began, of course, not in favor of the UK Hotel. Further, after looking closely, getting to know each other, talking with the staff and vacationers, it turned out that everything was not as they say in the negative reviews. We knew that the price for a vacation is not high, but the price and quality are excellent. My 13-year-old daughter splashed in the pool all day, went downhill, and from 4 p.m. they gave me ice cream and spicy pizza. Separately, I would like to say thank you and express my admiration for the leading Teikle. Even athletes will envy the movements and energy of this girl. Most of the vacationers are sitting passive, and it's not easy to work with such people. Denis also works great, but there is a limit to everything, I would not be able to work at all when people do not show or even notice his efforts.I would like to note that the choice of alcohol is not large, but HIGH-QUALITY. This became clear on the first morning of the next day, when there were no signs of a headache. We returned home very impressed, and it's still like we're there. So it's not always true that it's written negatively, it's just that everyone has their own needs and desires, and we were very, very satisfied with everything.

In September 2025, I had a vacation with my family in Turkey at the UK Hotel Kiris 4*. Everything was cool! The territory of the hotel is beautiful, with views of the mountains and the sea nearby. It's a very dirty hotel. I do not recommend going down to the minus first floor at all. The bathroom is covered in rust, stains, everything is broken. The dishes for the buffet are often dirty, I keep silent about the basins with food… A big plus is the on-site swimming pool and children's slides. There are also many affectionate cats, rabbits and beautiful chickens on site. The hotel grounds themselves are well maintained, and everything is fine until you enter the hotel. 😅

We visited in September 2025. One of the advantages is the friendly staff and the animator, the beautiful girl Thekla. When we stopped by the hotel in the morning and saw the public toilet, we realized that nothing good would happen here. But after visiting the animation in the evening, we were absolutely delighted! The Thekla animator is the decoration of this hotel!!! She keeps the atmosphere of joy on site from morning until late at night.He will play with children and adults, and in the evening he will take you to a yacht disco or a club. I do not know when she is resting, because she is working at 100%. We have been to Turkey many times, and this is the first time we have seen such a charismatic animator. Thekla gives warmth and joy, thanks to her, we became friends at the hotel with the vacationers and stopped noticing the shortcomings of this hotel. Otherwise, all the reviews are true.

The rooms are more or less clean, but the bathroom seems to have mold. During the rest, the shower sprinkler fell, and we had it replaced with a new one without any problems. There is a private beach, but they share it with another hotel and it happens that there may not be enough sun beds. There is a lifeguard on the beach. The only thing I didn't like was that during the ice cream distribution, the guy who distributes it can be rude, and later they just stopped taking this ice cream because they didn't want to spoil their mood. That is, we sunbathed between two foreign beaches, since the sun was there. The room was cleaned a couple of times on the first and third days, even went to the reception for toilet paper. This was explained to us by the closure of the season and the change of tenant, but people come almost every day. I'm also not a fan of animals in the kitchen, and here chickens and cats walk between the tables, the animals are all cute and pretty, but when they carry food off the table it's not very pleasant. The bar with the terrible dry wine, I don't know how the others drank it, I couldn't, although to be honest I tried a couple of times. My husband was drinking vodka and Coke, the same filth, just the smell of brr.. The staff is not friendly, they don't even say hello. There is outright dirt and disorder everywhere. Orange Alley was also not impressed, as even there is a garbage dump and toilets and drawers and everything that is not suitable there. One thing made me happy, there were rabbits jumping down the alley) And so nature, the weather is great for 5+, food for 4 (chicken, vegetables, fruits and greens) In my opinion, you can relax here for 40-50 thousand, but not for 70-80 thousand. The Internet is for a fee, towels for the beach are pledged for 5 dollars, there is no safe, plumbing leaves much to be desired, the water is almost always cold, I had to ask the reception for the same thing, then the water and the toilet to be repaired. The main disadvantage is that the rooms are very simple, but the bed linen is clean. The building itself is also old and tired. But, the food is delicious, the hotel staff is excellent, the guys work hard. And they really raise the overall picture of the hotel. The slides work 2p a day for 1.5 hours, ice cream gives a good 1p a day at a certain time. Animation for both children and adults every day, water aerobics at the pool. It was fun and not boring. The beach is 400 meters from the hotel with the hotel's sun beds, but I recommend going to the far beach (exit the hotel and turn left, to the semicircle, cross the road and a great wide beach. We had a rest in May 2024. due to the delay in arrival, we arrived after lunch... BUT we were fed🤗I really liked the hotel, it's clean (under renovation), the room has everything you need (hairdryer, soap dish, lots of towels, air conditioning) and the coolest thing is the balcony with a table and chairs. (By the way, there are often balconies in Sochi). They met us very friendly and immediately accommodated us. Administrator Bogdan is the best admin! Solves all questions quickly, brings up all the information in detail, always positive! Arda, the entertainment administrator, is also a super person!!! Have fun evenings and discos!!! About food: chefs are good at their job, everything is fresh, hot and delicious every day!!! There was a guy working at the bar, I forgot his name, from just the cocktail master. Let the variety be minimal, but it makes it very tasty.The beach is 5 minutes away from the hotel. There is a swimming pool, slides, everything in the lawn and rabbits!!! They run around the territory. And the hotel has ITS OWN orange field at the back!!! Go pick fruits-the administration is all for it. In general, the rest was a 100% success, now we are looking at a ticket only to this hotel, but alas. The rooms were cleaned normally, the towel was changed. The beach is 5 minutes away, at a slow pace. The territory is small, but there were plenty of sun beds for everyone. There is no toilet or shower on the beach. There is practically no animation on site, but in general we didn't need to. Children in the pool should swim in sea slippers (I don't know what they are called correctly), otherwise they will rub their fingers on the bottom of the pool, because it is rough. The staff is friendly, they do their job 100%. From the hotel you can get to Kemer by bus for $ 1.5, they go often, by taxi for $ 10.

Ala Anapa beach is from the 90s, there are sun loungers, but objectively there are not enough of them....It's a bit rubbish, but it depends on people first of all...There are urns for someone to clean there to see once. Then for breakfast. The buffet... in general, it is quite good, but without frills. Fried eggs, omelette, sausages (quickly running out), greens, cheeses, olives, sausage of 2 varieties, tortillas, buns....the baguette is cut. Tea, coffee (the coffee machine broke down a couple of times, but was fixed quickly), cold teas ... Lunches and dinners are somewhat more diverse... chicken daily, fish every other day, rice, pasta, chickpeas (not bad), 2-3 types of stews, vegetables, salads, greens, watermelon, apples, plums... The staff is Russian-speaking. Overall, the hotel is not bad. If you need pathos, then you are not going to this hotel. Everything is simple here...the sea, the sun are there and you will not starve. If you want more, you need to look for a more expensive hotel. I wrote it as it is. We often went to the beach for locals (from the hotel to the left, along the shopping malls to the circle, there to the right) there are no umbrellas and sun loungers, but the sea, the sea and you))) There are 2 slides on site, and there are always plenty of sun loungers in the pool. The pool is not deep, 135 m. The food is meager, of course, but you won't be hungry, everything is reported, even at the end of dinner there are no empty vats. Chicken baked daily, grilled, or whatever. Fish 2 r per week, beef patties are possible...There were few fruits, watermelon daily, there were plums and that was it. Pasta, rice, vegetables, herbs, stewed broccoli and cauliflower, everything is there, everything is enough. The beer in the bar is great! Delicious light light beer The bar closes early... The hotel is positioned as a comfortable place to relax, but the reality is far from advertising. The entrance group is just a mockery. Instead of a beautiful area, you find a fence and shopping malls, as if you had arrived at a market instead of a hotel. The territory is small, but well–maintained - this is perhaps the only plus. Rabbits run around, which children really like (but it's doubtful that rabbits like) There are not enough sun beds, they have to be extracted from under the construction of the water slides! The guests throw towels on them in the morning and disappear for half a day, but the administration does not react in any way. The beach is a separate topic. Or rather, there is almost none. On both sides, it is blocked by water equipment, which smells of diesel fuel and engine oil. The sun beds are dirty, many are broken, and there is not enough space for everyone, because the beach is shared by several hotels. We went to the neighboring hotels and swam there. Nutrition is just a disaster. Monotonous, tasteless, everything is stewed or boiled. Boiled chicken wings with pimples are not food, but a mockery of the guests. Again, there are queues created by the vacationers themselves. If you are used to normal hotels, you will suffer here. In general, UK HOTEL KIRIS is a place where we will not return to and will not advise anyone.
