It is impossible to return the purchase. The most terrible store, I did not think that such a thing was even possible at an official dealer. I bought a bag, changed my mind a couple of days later, I bring it to the store. We do not accept refunds, we can change to any other from our store or deposit money in our store. When buying, they did not say a word about such rules. I tried to resolve the issue through management - in vain, take another one from our store. I did not think that such a thing was even possible at an official dealer in 2024. Poor service, absolutely not corresponding to any price category of goods. A spoiled mood.
