Great and lovely with elegant interior , loved the color combination of the rooms, lobby , lift. The place gives you a sense of comfort. The rooms are fully equipped with everything you need. A big supermarket on a walking distance from the hotel. A variety of cafes and restaurants nearby which are reasonably priced.

Very good new Hotel. Very positive and responsive personnel. Roof pool is good. Laying places amount could be more. Price changes from 140-300 eur per night depending on demand. For 300 eur uou may find better deals.

Outdated rooms, the room was not prepared for occupancy at all. There were stains on the tables, on the walls. The freezer door wouldn't close. It was repaired only upon request and after an hour. The bathtub is in poor condition - the jars are detached from the wall and it is very noticeable. The furniture is in a shabby condition and does not match the photo (as if the room is 10-15 years old). No sound insulation, stable at 5:37 a.m. we were woken up by loudspeakers from a nearby mosque. The room is very cold, the air conditioner did not help to change the situation Often something was left unfinished, there were no slippers until they were asked, there were no bathroom accessories. We forgot to put anything in when cleaning the room. And one day they didn't even clean up. The pool is clearly not for swimming, but for the view. Old and cold. One of the advantages is the proximity to the metro, the supermarket is good and nearby, very nice and pleasant design, friendly staff.

The hotel is very nice. Loft-style rooms. To the metro 10 min., to the beach 30 min. on foot. The rooms have balconies, a kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle. There is an iron with ironing board, hairdryer, slippers, disposable razors and toothbrushes. Bed linen and towels are changed every day, bottled water is added. There is a swimming pool on the roof. A deposit of 200 dirhams is charged upon arrival.

Nice hotel. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioner is working well. Internet in the room. There is even a dishwasher. The staff is helpful. The guys at the reception are always ready to help.

It's just a nightmare, not a hotel. If you want to ruin your vacation and get allergic to the all-round smell of mold, you're welcome here. We were so horrified that after the eviction we went to write an application for the hotel to the Ministry of Tourism. When we were checked into the hotel, we were given a dead room with cockroaches and absolutely spat on and filled with droppings everywhere, with a balcony and cockroaches in the cupboards We urgently changed the room, which had a hole in the sofa, absolutely dirty, all the furniture was stained and the floor was so dirty that the socks turned just black after walking As the receptionist told us, this place was once an old hotel that was bought out and remodeled, BUT ! There's a musty smell everywhere, THERE's JUST a WILD SMELL OF MOLD EVERYWHERE, midges are always crawling, their pipes are so rusty that the water is yellow, the room is dead and the atmosphere is vile, it's very unpleasant There's no hot water, it's always cold There's nothing to kill this musty smell! We went to write an application in The Ministry of Tourism about the hotel, I have never stayed in the worst rooms in my life.
