I come up just before I leave, I say the children only studied for an hour, an hour costs 2000 per child, return the difference, but she says I can't, we gave you a bracelet. To make it clear, she put this bracelet on my wife with the words not to get lost. Although I paid for 2 children, it means that 2 bracelets should have been and they should have been worn by children, but in order to spend them as sentries, they do so, and most likely they spent the second one for free. As a result, something like this dialogue took place: - You have a hammam in the photo, but in fact it is not there. - (surprised) Did you realize that this is a hammam from the photo? I don't understand this culture. - Yes, we understand. Are you saying that you don't have a hammam? You replied in plain text that the hammam was not working when we called from the bathhouse. - So what? He hasn't worked for us for 3 years. You should have said right away that you were not satisfied with this. - We didn't want to waste the time of the only two hours that we had booked. We wanted to steam in a hammam overlooking Sevan. - Well, there was a view of Sevan. And what do you want from us? - A discount. A hammam is, in fact, half of the services that you have not provided. - (under his breath) Pf, I knew it. There was also a bucket for pouring, for which we were reluctantly, but still apologized, saying that the bucket had been broken by previous guests two days ago. Of course, no one informed in advance about the absence of either a bucket or a hammam. How could they fix a three-year-old non-working hammam for us? Why couldn't they install a bucket for our arrival if they could upon request? Was it necessary to thank you for the fact that the view of Sevan "works"? All these questions will remain unanswered. In the dry balance, the service was declared, but not rendered. And you will be to blame for not saying right away that you saw a hammam, where it is not and that you did not ask yourself what services they do not have. And if breakfast is at nine in the morning, be prepared that you will be greeted here with dissatisfied e* lamas and not all the food will even be displayed yet. There is a feeling that you personally came to their house and you are not welcome here. The second nuance. Sauna. It requires repair, going directly from the sauna into the lake is a cool idea, but the stairs without a step, firstly, secondly, it is all slippery and covered in algae and thirdly, even for us, young people, it was difficult to go down and even more so to climb up: the stairs are vertical and you need to pull yourself up with your hands, and given the lack of a support step and the slippery remaining ones, this is a whole quest. There are heating elements in the sauna, slightly covered with stones, there is no hood or ventilation. In general, the rest here is good, if you do not pay attention to the staff at the restaurant (but in two weeks this attitude is already noticeably annoying) and the monotonous food. Oh, yes! Then 20 minutes of waiting and ... they bring the hot stuff in cold form, they didn't ask for cold juice - they brought a liter box of ice juice, some of it is not at all what they ordered. The waitress replied that if she was not satisfied, she would take it away and there were no other options for us. Bingo. The manager, instead of apologizing, stood up for the waitress that she was, quote: good.
